ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a Testing Engineer for R&D department for its growing organization.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering,
• 4 years experience, preferably in Automotive industry
  
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, German language skill is a plus,
• Knowledge and experience in VA/VE and Simultaneous Engineering,
  
• Cost awareness,
• Innovative thinking and working,
• Engagement, flexibility, sense of responsibility,
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit),
• No military obligation for male candidates.

The candidate will take role as a Testing Engineer in a supplier and single component oriented product development team (CoC), whose focus is mainly single component development, business and technical relations management with single component suppliers, supplier releases, standardization tasks and promotion of standardization company wise and suppliers wise.

• Perform and supervise the testing work in development projects in accordance with the superior and the higher level functional areas,
• Support CoC Development Headquarters located in Germany and other Sub CoC teams in Asia and US,
• Definition of project and task specific test methods and conditions,
• Evaluation and definition of of component specific functional criterias,
• Plan, supervise and execute all component relevant validation tests under respect of the business model guideline,
• Evaluation and documentation of the test results,
• Support Prototype and sample production in the workshop,
• Participate as support in chassis tuning events together with TSO and the customer,
• Participate in project teams,
• Promote standardisation,
• Support in case of problems and special tasks the departments Purchase, Sales, Testing, CoC-Process, Quality and Production,
• Create and elaborate VA/VE Ideas and support realization of cost optimization measures in series production.
