ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for ZF PS Team for its growing organization.

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related

· 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

· Good knowledge in Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Lean Management and Production System tools

· Familiar with leading a training/workshop about production system tools

· Fluent in both spoken and written English

· Good command of MS Office

· Very good analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills

· No obstacle for international business travels

· Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)

· No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

· Support the Plant Management in implementing and maintaining the ZF PS as well as in achieving ZF PS     objectives in the plant.

· Analyze logistics & production processes and indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Initiate and realize changes in cooperation with the plant / department managers to improve training,    processes, material flows and labor utilization.

· Assure that exclusively harmonized ZF PS methods and tools are applied within the plant to implement successful ZF PS.

· Train plant management, new ZF PS team members and plant staff in ZF PS methods according to the

ZF PS method box, e.g. Value Stream Mapping, 5S, elimination of waste and Standardized Work Procedures.

· Support ZF Lean Evaluation / Assessment to monitor the improvement progress within the plant.
