Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience: Mininmum 5 years in medical device or pharma or relevant sector,

Professional knowledge at SAP and MS Office programs, espcially in MS Excel,

POSITION DEFINITION

Scope of the Position: Customer Service Representative provides high quality services to domestic and international customers. Meeting all the requests in timely and be effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the healthy conduct of the relationships of all customers, especially agents, distributors and hospitals in a manner that will not disrupt the daily operation flow.
  • Replies to the price offer request of Direct purchase from hospitals (22 / F) by obtaining the necessary approvals from the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Logistics Manager.

  • Prepares the proposal scale during the preparation of the open tender dossiers.

  • Responsible for entering of the orders / uses coming from the customers that are defined in SAP system, refilling of the consignment stocks and / or loan sets from the main warehouse stocks according to the entries and ensuring the supply of the materials to the referral address and shipment method stated by the customers.
  • Responsible for the daily follow up of the products which are not in stock and are in the list of backorder, delivery of goods when the inventory entry is provided and transferring of goods from one agency’s consignment stock to the other’s according to urgency of the products.
  • Responsible for issuing of the invoices of supplied material(s) and delivery of the hard/soft copies of the invoices to the customers on time.
  • Responsible for entering the customer-specific price definitions into the SAP.
  • Responsible for the conclusion of the return order processes with the relevant departments and entering of the return invoices into the SAP.
  • Responsible for controlling of credit memos received from the customers and processing of them after receipt of the relevant approvals.
  • Providing the relevant documents, payment terms and annual sales amounts for the new customer accounts, filling the Customer Master Data forms and submitting them for approval.
  • Preparation of daily, monthly and annual reports, especially for daily sales, surgery and commission reports.
  • Stating Weak-Risky areas in the processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Establishing good relationships with customers via the telephone, electronic mail or fax to manage all requests effectively.
  • Building good relationship with marketing and operations departments for the implementation corporate policies and ensuring sustainability supply of products supply,
  • Keeping update and current all files and documents,
  • Determining the needs of customers and represent herself/himself in responsible business area as the best in all time
