We are looking for “Product Specialist” to join our Product Team.

Knowledge & Experience:

-          At least 5 years of experience in digital product and product team management,

-          Experienced in internet industry and technologies,

-          Preferably with experience in e-commerce industry,

-          Preferably graduated from Engineering / Business Administration departments of universities,

-          Teamwork prone, practical thinking, problem solving ability,

-          Able to use MS Office applications effectively,

-          Proficient in English,

-           Knowledge and experience about web and app. UI/UX,

-          Analytical thinking, practical and result oriented, strong persuasion,

-          Experienced in Web/Mobile traffic analysis tools,

-          Experience in mobile application product management,

-          Working with a focus on user experience in the projects,

-          Knowledge and experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, Firebase, Jira, Confluence,

-          Knowledge and experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization),

Job Description 

-          To constantly monitor business needs and, in parallel, to create and revise product features.

-          Collecting both internal and external customer demands, finding the optimum balance between customer demands and business necessity and applying them to the product, creating business process flows and detailed analyzes, revising them when necessary.

-          To create product and service roadmaps in line with market expectations in parallel with competition, local and global trends and technological developments.

-          To present new products related to the business field.

-          To determine the scope and definition of new products.

-          Performing user acceptance tests before the products are broadcast.

-          Establishing and executing relationships with third parties to create new business and product opportunities.
