We are in search of an Sales Support Specialist to work at our Istanbul Office.

What do we expect from you?

• Responsible for stock control of machines,
• Organization of general sales and deliveries,
  
• Updating sales lists and forwarding them to the product line,
  
• Providing support related to after-sales technical documentation and correspondences,
  
• Responsible for delivering CRM system training to the sales team, checking the pipeline of the system, and correcting the errors when needed,
  
• Responsible for controlling and correcting the pipeline data entered into the CRM system and conducting weekly pipeline meetings with the sales team
  
• Respond to client inquiries and to rr for quotations (price inquiries),
  
• Preparing quotations as per client RFQs,
• Respond to client clarifications and complaints,
• Working collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information and/or solve problems in support of the sales team’s goals,
  
• Provide general administrative support to Sales team,

The person we are looking for has;

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or related departments from a reputable university,
• A minimum of 2 years of experience and good knowledge in business management and administration,
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced level of English in comprehending, writing, and speaking is Mandatory (knowledge in the Chinese language will be preferred),
• Having a Class B driver's license and be an active driver,
• Capacity to work in a global environment,
• Baring no restrictions for traveling locally and internationally,
• Experience in engaging with customers in a dynamic environment,
• Strong verbal/written and presentation skills and excellent communication skills,
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills,
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines,
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized,
• For male candidates, the military service should be completed and/or postponed for a minimum of 2 years.
