Senior Budget and Financial Control Specialist

We are looking for a team member who will work as a Senior Budget and Financial Control Specialist to be appointed at Zorlu Holding Budget and Financial Control Directorate. In line with the vision of the Holding, many projects such as controlling and consolidating sector budgets, establishing policies and procedures to ensure standardization and digital transformation of reporting and budgeting are managed by the Budget and Financial Control department. The team reports directly to the Holding CFO and works closely with the Holding and the Holding companies' senior management and Board of Directors. We are looking for team members to work with in this dynamic and exciting team!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management or a related analytical field.
• Min 5 years experience in budget planning, financial reporting and consolidation,
• Experience in a similar position, preferably with at least 3 years audit background.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in budgeting and reporting systems
• Experience in the implementation of financial reporting systems (SAP & Hyperion) is an asset,
• Good command of English
• Competent in MS Office (especially in Excel)
• A good team player and has strong working relationships with the members of the team in order to deliver efficient and quality financial reporting,
• Male candidates must have fulfilled their military service obligations

Job Description

• Monitoring the budget process in line with Zorlu Holding and Group Companies' budget planning and reporting standards and company targets,
• Following up the coordination with the stakeholders according to the budget planning/reporting calendar of Zorlu Holding and Group Companies and performing in accordance with the prepared plan,
• Consolidating and controlling budgets, following the budget revisions and approval processes, preparing the budget & actual reports,
• Preparation and analysis of  sectorally consolidated budget and management reports.
