GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for an “HR Business Partner - HRBP” to join Zorlu Holding Human Resources Department. HRBP will play an important role in implementing HR strategies and policies regarding all HR processes that will provide an excellent employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences (Master’s degree in HRM is preferred),
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Partner,
- Proven HR Generalist experience on various HR functions (like Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensations & Benefits, Labor Law etc.)
- Interested in multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition and management, performance management, building a high performance culture, employee relations and engagement, diversity,
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus,
- Strong communication, planning, prioritization and organizational skills,
- Excellent level of analytical and problem solving skills,
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity and self-motivation,
- Advanced level of presentation and reporting skills,
- Multitasking ability in a demanding environment,
- Strong stakeholder management skills, commitment, strategic mindset.
Responsibilities
- Being the first contact point for related functions and employees regarding all processes, systems and practices carried out in HR department,
- Managing human resources processes (the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, performance, talent management, succession planning, career management, training and development, etc.) for business units she/he is responsible for,
- Conducting annual workforce plan studies, carrying out recruitment processes in line with the recruitment plan,
- Implementing and contributing HR strategic initiatives and improving processes,
- Actively participating in HR projects as well as mass recruitment projects such as new graduate or internships programs etc.,
- Coaching line managers in HR processes and employee engagement activities,
- Working closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention,
- Developing and recommending systems/processes that will increase the motivation, commitment and experience of employees and playing an active role in their implementation,
- Identifying business units’ needs precisely, making job analyzes when its necessary, updating job descriptions,
- Following the HR trends, best practices, new technologies, making improvement and development that will increase the efficiency of the HR systems.
