QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  •      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
  •      Minimum 5 years experience in Finance,
  •       Solid knowledge/background on business partnering, decision support, budgeting/planning, cost management, financial modelling, process improvement and transformation
  • ·    Excellent understanding  of financial modelling and ability to recommend or make improvements,
  • ·    Knowledge on treasury and digital banking is an asset,
  •      Strong delivery and customer focus with ability to manage multiple activities within fast changing environments,
  • ·    Strong commercial and strategic mindset with strong prioritization, excellent communication, and presentation skills,
  •       Fluent English; MS Office,


      Job description:

  • ·    Contribute to the overall strategic direction and decision-making processes by providing financial guidance to the Dgpays and Zubizu business teams including Sales/Partnership, Technology, CRM, Product/Business Development, and support functions.
  • ·    Build financial models for complex projects and support the business teams with the outcome of the business cases. Conduct post investment reviews to measure achievement of projects compared with the business cases. Proactively inform the business if the projects are not on track.
  • ·    Provide product and segment-based profitability analysis and benchmark studies etc.
  • ·    Support the business teams to develop stretch but achievable financial plans (detailed budget and long-range plans) and forecasts. Financial plans need to be constantly reviewed and updated to reflect the latest drivers of business.
  • ·    Design and implement efficient and controlled process to create financial plans.
  • ·   Regularly report the actual and analyse the variances. Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and trends, working closely with the business to plan appropriate actions to mitigate impact against the risk.
  • ·    Manage the consistency of budgeted items with the accounting records.
  • ·    Responsible for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness for all cost items by cost reduction initiatives.
  • ·    Work closely with outsourced consultants for all finance related projects
  • ·    Responsible from Cash performance of the company.
