Zuma Housing is a student housing company based in Los Angeles. We offer fully furnished apartments for students, interns, and young professionals. Our support office, located in Istanbul, is providing opportunities for new team members to join our international company.

Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized marketing executive to handle day-to-day marketing operations with a focus on promoting our locations and products. Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns as well as maintaining existing marketing operation. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. This position will include great opportunities for the right candidate as well as full benefits after a 30-day probationary period.

This role would be suitable for a well-disciplined and open-minded person, preferably who has previously worked in an international company.Please note that the position requires a NIGHT SHIFT (7:00PM-4: 00 AM) for a particular period, especially for the training period of 3 months. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help drive, execute, and manage online marketing channels for customer acquisition and retention, primarily search, display, paid social and affiliate
• Maintain zumahousing.com on day-to-day  by updating & adding data to the property management software
• Closely monitor and continuously optimize paid & unpaid advertising campaigns within Google, Facebook and answer customer messages through these channels daily. 
• Grow customer acquisition efforts and ROI through continuous optimization, testing and experimenting with ad creatives, bid strategies, audience targeting, placements, etc.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to further increase market share
• Use web analytics tools to measure ad campaign success, identify opportunities and key performance trends
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to architect digital experiences that help deliver marketing goals
• Communicate regularly with senior management on digital marketing strategy and prepare detailed campaign reports with key findings
• Assist in building landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns
• Assist sales team rent available beds, rooms, apartments
• Maintain accurate & updated marketing material on a day to day operation.
• Supervise additional marketing teams on their project for specific targets.
• Manage social media channels.
• Troubleshoot account issues and recommend solutions
• Additional duties as assigned by manager
