Personel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir s\u00fcre sonra bana yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak \u00e7ok kibarca ve k\u0131saca \u201cbu senin i\u015fin de\u011fil\u201d anlam\u0131na gelen bir cevap verdi. \u00c7ok \u00fcz\u00fcld\u00fcm ve ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn, bir bankac\u0131 arkada\u015f\u0131m \u201cMadem bu konulara ilgi duyuyorsun, biz ekip olarak \u0130ktisat Bankas\u0131\u2019na ge\u00e7iyoruz, sen de gel bu dediklerini orada yap\u201d dedi. Biri di\u011ferinden daha \u00f6nemliydi demek ne kadar do\u011fru bilmiyorum ama mutlu olabilmek i\u00e7in sevdi\u011finiz bir i\u015fi yapman\u0131z gerekti\u011fini biliyorum. Son \u00e7eyrek asr\u0131 sevdi\u011fim i\u015fi yaparak ge\u00e7irdim ve de devam ediyorum. Demek ki her ne kadar tesad\u00fcf de olsa yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m kariyer de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi veya kariyer s\u0131f\u0131rlamas\u0131 benim i\u00e7in do\u011fru bir karar olmu\u015f. Pop\u00fcler olmasa da ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta \u00e7ok para kazand\u0131rmasa da sevdi\u011finiz bir i\u015fte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak en do\u011fru se\u00e7imdir. Benim i\u015fimle ilgili b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6neticilerin bir fikri vard\u0131r. Onlar\u0131 ikna etmeniz gerekiyor. \u0130nsanlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ki\u015fisel olarak s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fim, insan kaynaklar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak ki\u015finin her \u015feyden \u00f6nce sab\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130K\u2019da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u015flerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede alamazs\u0131n\u0131z. \u0130K bir maraton ko\u015fusudur. Zaman zaman d\u00fc\u015fersiniz, enerjiniz biter, yeniden a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z ama \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fczde uzun bir d\u00f6nem vard\u0131r. Benim inanc\u0131m \u015fudur ki ne kadar \u00e7ok veri varsa elinizde sizin verece\u011finiz karar da kadar do\u011fruya yak\u0131n olur. Benim uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme \u015fekli sohbettir. Ben ne kadar soru sorma hakk\u0131na sahipsem aday da o kadar sahip. Teknik hi\u00e7bir \u015fey sormam.
