Hatta benim okul y\u0131llar\u0131 d\u00f6nemimde \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 diye bir departman\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dahi habersizdik. O d\u00f6nemde \u015firketlerin personel ili\u015fkileri b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri vard\u0131. Ben de okul y\u0131llar\u0131mda bir akrabam\u0131z\u0131n ihracat yapan \u015firketinde, yabanc\u0131 dil bildi\u011fim i\u00e7in part-time \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordum. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015firketin arac\u0131n\u0131 zaman zaman kullanabiliyordum. Arac\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in tahsis edilen s\u00fcreyi a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131mda ise \u015firketin personel m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc beni aray\u0131p arabay\u0131 geri istiyordu. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn h\u0131zl\u0131 ve de\u011fi\u015fken i\u015f ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131, kariyer beklentilerini de \u00e7ok \u00e7abuk de\u011fi\u015ftirebiliyor. Bu nedenle ben de gen\u00e7 arkada\u015flar\u0131ma her zaman, kendilerini g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fartlar\u0131na uyum sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde e\u011fiterek, olas\u0131 f\u0131rsatlara a\u00e7\u0131k olmalar\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ediyorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E\u011fitim hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n \u0130K kariyerinize ne gibi etkileri var? \u0130\u015f yap\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 etkileyen e\u011fitimler ald\u0131n\u0131z m\u0131?<\/strong><br \/>\nGalatasaray Lisesi ve oradaki 8 sene yat\u0131l\u0131 okul hayat\u0131, bence zaten insan\u0131n sosyal olarak kendini geli\u015ftirmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan inan\u0131lmaz bir deneyim. Orada ge\u00e7irdi\u011fim her dakikadan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir keyif ald\u0131m ve s\u00fcrekli \u00f6\u011frendim. Lise ve \u00fcniversite e\u011fitimim s\u0131ras\u0131nda, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 turlarda rehber olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Hen\u00fcz daha \u00e7ok gen\u00e7ken, \u015fansl\u0131 bir T\u00fcrk genci olarak 80\u2019li y\u0131llarda g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi \u00e7ok zor olan, Amerika\u2019dan Uzakdo\u011fu\u2019ya, Avrupa\u2019dan Afrika\u2019ya t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 gezme, insanlar\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini tan\u0131ma \u015fans\u0131m oldu. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131mda da \u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fik e\u011fitim deneyimlerim oldu. Hi\u00e7 unutamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir tanesi Londra\u2019da ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m ileri seviye e\u011fitmenlik e\u011fitimiydi. Be\u015f g\u00fcn s\u00fcreli bu e\u011fitimde \u00e7ekingenli\u011fimizi \u00fczerimizden atmam\u0131z i\u00e7in \u00e7ok kalabal\u0131k bir restoranda, ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi saatinde, hi\u00e7bir \u00f6n haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olmadan, rastgele se\u00e7ilmi\u015f bir konuda ayakta be\u015f dakika boyunca konu\u015fmam\u0131z istendi. O konu\u015fmadan sonra ekran korkumu yendim ve her ortamda konu\u015fma yapabilme becerisi kazand\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130K kurumsal yap\u0131larda neden \u00f6nemlidir?<\/strong><br \/>\nG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde art\u0131k teknoloji herkesin eri\u015febilece\u011fi bir yerlerde. Ona bir \u015fekilde art\u0131k ula\u015f\u0131yorsunuz.
