Burada da \u0130K departman\u0131 sahip oldugu donan\u0131m, yetkinlikler ve ara\u00e7larla her zaman i\u015f liderlerinin yan\u0131nda veya \u00f6n\u00fcnde onlara yol g\u00f6steren departman oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurumlar\u0131n stratejik bir \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6netimi yapmas\u0131 neden \u00f6nemli?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve iyi \u015firketlerine bakarsan\u0131z bu itibarlar\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcc\u00fcn \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcz.
