Okul y\u0131llar\u0131ndan sonra ailesi \u0130stanbul d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131nmaya karar verince y\u00f6netimi tamamen \u00fcstlenen Delemen bu d\u00f6nemde \u00f6zellikle yeni a\u00e7\u0131lan pazarlar\u0131 g\u00f6rerek giri\u015fimcilik y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc de kullan\u0131r. \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi \u0130ktisat Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde d\u00f6nemde su sporlar\u0131 tak\u0131m\u0131nda milli sporcu olarak da yer alan Delemen, bu nedenle sporun ba\u015far\u0131 odakl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda da \u00e7ok etkili oldu\u011funu ifade ediyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00e7ocuk otomobil gere\u00e7leri getirerek \u015firketini b\u00fcy\u00fcten Delemen\u2019le y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015firketinin yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015ftuk.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u015eirketin belirli s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde ciddi d\u00f6neme\u00e7leri oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7ocuk gere\u00e7leri \u00fcretimi bunlardan biri. Bu giri\u015fimlere nas\u0131l karar verdiniz?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130tameks\u2019de as\u0131l i\u015fimiz asl\u0131nda otomobil aksesuar\u0131 \u00fcretimi ve otomobil koltuk k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 \u00fcretimiydi. Fakat o d\u00f6nemde \u00f6rne\u011fin 10 arac\u0131n 6\u2019s\u0131nda koltuk k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 varken bug\u00fcn 20 arac\u0131n 1 tanesi koltuk k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 kullan\u0131yor. Biz de o d\u00f6nemde sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ufalan bir sekt\u00f6r oldu\u011funu tespit ettik. Farkl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn gruplar\u0131n\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131nca da ilk \u00f6nce paspas \u00fcretimini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Hal\u0131 paspas ve kau\u00e7uk paspas \u00fcretimine ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u0130lk d\u00f6neme\u00e7 bu oldu zaten.<\/p>\n<p>O y\u0131llarda bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler araba sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sonras\u0131nda sat\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerken bug\u00fcn tamamen g\u00fcvenlik \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kabul ediliyor. Otomobil i\u00e7 donan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da etkiledi\u011fi i\u00e7in otomobil bantlar\u0131nda ya da otomobil merkezlerinde olan bir \u00fcr\u00fcn grubu halinde bug\u00fcn. Bu da ne demek bir araba ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda orijinal paspas\u0131yla al\u0131yorsunuz demektir. Bu giri\u015fimi biraz erken fark ettik ve \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye pazar\u0131nda ve sonra da yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ciddi ad\u0131mlar atarak otomobil markalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcreticileri olduk. Bug\u00fcn sekiz tane Avrupa merkez otomobil markas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcreticisiyiz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye pazar\u0131n\u0131n da y\u00fczde 65\u2019ne sahibiz. Bunlarla birlikte \u00e7ocuk gere\u00e7leri ise tomobil koltuk k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 \u00fcretimimize paralel olarak Almanya\u2019daki Romer markas\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerimiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00d6nce onlar\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de da\u011f\u0131tmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bilinirli\u011fi Avrupa\u2019ya g\u00f6re yetersizdi. B\u00f6ylece buraya yat\u0131r\u0131m yaparak hem bir sosyal sorumlulu\u011fumuzu yerine getirdik hem de bu \u00fcr\u00fcn grubunun en iyi \u015fekilde pazarda yer almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. Daha sonra da kendi Koala markas\u0131yla pazarda yer almaya ba\u015flad\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Y\u00f6netimde oldu\u011funuz s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l geli\u015ftirdiniz? \u00d6rne\u011fin kriz d\u00f6nemleri stratejinizi anlat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 y\u0131ld\u0131r y\u00f6netimdeyim ve daha \u00e7ok i\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sekt\u00f6rdeki lider firmalar\u0131n yol al\u0131\u015f \u015feklinin stratejilerini anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u0131m. Onlarla ileti\u015fim halinde olurum. Onlar\u0131n kat etti\u011fi yollardan deneyimler kazanarak ilerlerim. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara kendi birikimlerimi de dahil ederek bir aksiyon belirleriz. Elbette bu d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de d\u00fcnyada da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli krizler atlatt\u0131k. Fakat bu krizlerin hepsini f\u0131rsata \u00e7evirmeye ba\u015fard\u0131k. Oyunun kurallar\u0131n\u0131n her seferinde yeni ba\u015ftan de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini ve ona g\u00f6re pozisyonlanmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bizim yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck rakibimiz bir d\u00f6nem fabrikas\u0131nda bir problem ya\u015fad\u0131, biz de o d\u00f6nemde kendilerine gerekirse \u00fcretim ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 desteklemeyi ve bunu beklentisiz yapmay\u0131 teklif ettik. Sekt\u00f6re bak\u0131nca ise, otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde hem yan sanayinin ana sanayiye entegrasyonu hem de m\u00fchendislik alt yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki gen\u00e7 kadronun olu\u015fumuyla T\u00fcrkiye olarak farkl\u0131l\u0131k yaratm\u0131\u015f durumday\u0131z. \u00a0Hi\u00e7bir Do\u011fu Avrupa \u00fclkesinde bu donan\u0131mdaki yan sanayi alt yap\u0131s\u0131 ve gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis kadrosu yok. Bunun f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu anda T\u00fcrkiye g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. E\u011fer bu y\u00f6nde stratejik olarak bo\u015flu\u011fu doldurmaya devam edebilirse b\u00f6lgedeki otomobil \u00fcreticisi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc konumunu devam ettirebilir. \u00c7ocuk gere\u00e7lerinde sat\u0131\u015f ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m kanallar\u0131 otomotivden \u00e7ok farkl\u0131. \u00a0Bu konuda \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan kanun, yani \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ara\u00e7 koltu\u011funda oturma zorunlulu\u011fu, iki y\u0131l \u00f6nce \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019ne uyum s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7\u0131kan kanunlardan biri olarak kald\u0131. \u00a0Maalesef uygulama anlam\u0131nda sonucunu g\u00f6remedik. Geriye d\u00f6n\u00fcp bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda asl\u0131nda ge\u00e7 kalm\u0131\u015f bir karard\u0131. Be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k planlar\u0131n hemen arkas\u0131ndan yapm\u0131\u015f olmam\u0131z gerekirdi. \u0130K\u2019n\u0131n bize getirdi\u011fi y\u0131ll\u0131k planlar da daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde bize meyvesini vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc birden \u00e7ok \u00fclkede \u00fcretim yap\u0131yoruz, hizmet veriyoruz, farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlere hitap ediyoruz. Bunun ba\u015f\u0131nda kau\u00e7uk konusunda \u00f6nemli uzman arkada\u015flardan biri var. Onun etraf\u0131nda bir gen\u00e7 kadro var. Haftal\u0131k operasyonlar\u0131n sonunda o ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan yeni aksiyonlar planlan\u0131yor. Okul gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilirsiniz.
