Genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck ve dokuz b\u00f6lge m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle beraber 750 ki\u015filik bir ekipleri oldu\u011funu belirten Vak\u0131f Emeklilik \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ve E\u011fitim S\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden Sorumlu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u00d6zg\u00fcr Obal\u0131, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini ise 10 ki\u015filik \u0130K ekibiyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini belirtiyor. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131ldan itibaren \u015firket stratejileri ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyeti anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bir araya getirerek \u201cVe Geli\u015fimin G\u00fcc\u00fc \u0130nsan\u201d projesini hayata ge\u00e7irdiklerini s\u00f6yleyen Obal\u0131, bu kapsamda i\u015f yap\u0131\u015f stillerini besleyecek bir performans ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme sistemi dizayn ettiklerini kaydediyor. Kendisi de Ocak 2012\u2019den bu yana Vak\u0131f Emeklilik b\u00fcnyesinde g\u00f6revine devam eden Obal\u0131, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 stratejilerini ve 2016 hedeflerini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hedef \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u00fcreklili\u011fi ve memnuniyeti<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131nda i\u015fe al\u0131m ve performans y\u00f6netimi, e\u011fitim &amp; geli\u015ftirme ve yetenek y\u00f6netimi, \u00fccret ve yan haklar ile bordro, \u00f6zl\u00fck ve yasal s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 10 ki\u015filik bir ekibimiz var. \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 olarak temel amac\u0131m\u0131z, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetini en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye ta\u015f\u0131yarak s\u00fcreklili\u011fi sa\u011flamak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kendilerini geli\u015ftirebilece\u011fi bir organizasyonun yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmak. Vak\u0131f Emeklilik, emeklilik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn getirdi\u011fi dinamiklerin beraberinde en fazla sat\u0131\u015f alan\u0131nda i\u015fe al\u0131m faaliyetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131ldan bu yana da \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ve e\u011fitim m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015firketin bir i\u015f orta\u011f\u0131 olarak hedeflerini \u015firketin hedefleri do\u011frultusunda planl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme sistemi yenilendi<\/strong><br \/>\n\u015eirket hedeflerimiz do\u011frultusunda 2016 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar olan \u0130K stratejimizi belirledik. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131ldan bu yana \u015firket stratejilerimiz ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetini beraber harmanlay\u0131p y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u201cVe Geli\u015fimin G\u00fcc\u00fc \u0130nsan\u201d projemizi hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Bu proje ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz kapsaml\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fim ve geli\u015fim t\u00fcm h\u0131z\u0131yla devam ediyor. Projemiz ad\u0131yla ve var olu\u015fuyla, Vak\u0131f Emeklilik\u2019in geli\u015fim ve de\u011fi\u015fim g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc insan kayna\u011f\u0131ndan alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor. Projemiz kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle organizasyon yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 analiz ederek bir yol haritas\u0131 tasarlad\u0131k. Ard\u0131ndan i\u015f analizleri, yetkinlik belirleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k. T\u00fcm kadrolar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in e\u011fitim sistemleriyle desteklenmi\u015f kariyer haritalar\u0131 belirledik. Hedef ve sonu\u00e7 odakl\u0131 i\u015f yap\u0131\u015f stilimizi besleyecek bir performans ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme sistemi dizayn ettik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yetenek y\u00f6netimi projeleri devam edecek<\/strong><br \/>\nGelecek d\u00f6nemde Yetenek Y\u00f6netimi \u00fczerine projelerimizi devam ettirmeyi hedefliyoruz. \u0130\u00e7 terfi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine \u00f6nem veren ve bu do\u011frultuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na y\u00f6n veren bir \u015firketiz. Yetenek havuzlar\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in de\u011ferlendirme merkezi uygulamas\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011ferlendiriyor, onlarla g\u00f6zlemlenebilir geli\u015fim planlar\u0131 yap\u0131yor, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 belirleyip e\u011fitim, ko\u00e7luk &amp; mentorluk deste\u011fi veriyoruz. Bunun sonucunda aksiyon planlar\u0131n\u0131n takibini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor ve ki\u015filerin geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kariyer planlamalar\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. De\u011ferlendirme merkezi uygulamam\u0131z\u0131 sadece terfi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden de\u011fil potansiyel olan adaylar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ke\u015ffetmekte ve geli\u015ftirmekte de kullan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E\u011fitim projelerinde Vak\u0131f Emeklilik Akademi Programlar\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nE\u011fitim ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 analizleri sonras\u0131nda belirlenen ihtiya\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda, i\u00e7 e\u011fitimci kadromuz e\u011fitimleri geli\u015ftirip verirken, bununla birlikte \u00f6zel uzmanl\u0131k gerektiren alanlarda uzman e\u011fitim ve dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k firmalar\u0131ndan da destek al\u0131n\u0131yor. Bu kapsamda Vak\u0131f Emeklilik Akademi b\u00fcnyesinde Liderlik Geli\u015fim Programlar\u0131, Y\u00f6netici Geli\u015fim Programlar\u0131 ve Uzmanl\u0131k Geli\u015fim Programlar\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. Bu e\u011fitimlerin i\u00e7erisinde teknik e\u011fitimlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n mesleki geli\u015fimlerini sa\u011flamak, mevcut veya ileride sahip olacaklar\u0131 g\u00f6revleri eksiksiz yerine getirebilmeleri i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlenen teknik yetkinlik geli\u015ftirme programlar\u0131 olmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim e\u011fitimlerinde ise kurumun temel yetkinlikleri do\u011frultusunda ortak bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimleri s\u00fcrekli e\u011fitimlerle destekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>e-\u00f6\u011frenme e\u011fitim platformu olu\u015fturuldu<\/strong><br \/>\nVak\u0131f Emeklilik, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitiminde 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle e-\u00f6\u011frenme sistemlerini de kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar Vak\u0131f Emeklilik Akademi e-\u00f6\u011frenme platformu \u00fczerinden kendilerine atanm\u0131\u015f e\u011fitimlere eri\u015febiliyor ve bunlar\u0131 tamamlayabiliyor.
