Organizasyonumuzda bo\u015falan her pozisyon, genel bir duyuruyla t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za iletiliyor, gereken niteliklere uygun oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z s\u00f6z konusu pozisyona ba\u015fvuruda bulunabiliyorlar. \u015eirket i\u00e7inde atamalarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yeni pozisyonunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirmesi gereken alanlar\u0131 tespit ederek, bir tak\u0131m e\u011fitim\/deneyim programlar\u0131yla destekliyoruz.
