Dr. Ahmet Emino\u011flu taraf\u0131ndan Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019de kuruldu. 1996 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren aktif olarak Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u015eifa\u2019n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik kademelerinde g\u00f6rev alan Buket Pilavc\u0131, 2002\u2019den beri genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck g\u00f6revini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u015eifa Hastanesi, 31 y\u0131ld\u0131r insan odakl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla geni\u015f kitlelere kaliteli ve \u00f6zenli sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti veriyor. Buket Pilavc\u0131, sekt\u00f6rdeki tecr\u00fcbelerini yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131yla birle\u015ftirerek hizmet ve teknolojilerini geli\u015ftirdiklerini vurguluyor. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Yeniden yap\u0131lanmam\u0131z\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">2000 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z S\u00fcrekli Kalite Geli\u015fimi Program\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, mevcut durum de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecine girdik. Bu program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde uzmanl\u0131k alanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki Magee Womens Hospital ve bir dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k \u015firketiyle ortak yap\u0131lan yeniden yap\u0131lanma s\u00fcreci i\u00e7inde organizasyonel yap\u0131da da yeniden yap\u0131lanma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Kurumumuzun politika ve stratejileri do\u011frultusunda, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131za paralel olarak, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anket ve SWOT analiziyle desteklenen veriler do\u011frultusunda misyon ve vizyonumuzu belirledik. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u015eifa, b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erisine girdi; 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda Suadiye\u2019de Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u015eifa Poliklini\u011fi, 2005\u2019te Ata\u015fehir\u2019de Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u015eifa T\u0131p Merkezi\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla 3 merkezde hizmet veren bir sa\u011fl\u0131k grubu haline geldik. 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda EFQM M\u00fckemmellik Modeli\u2019ni Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u015eifa i\u00e7in kurumsal y\u00f6netim modeli olarak se\u00e7tik. 2005 ve 2006 y\u0131llar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u00f6z de\u011ferlendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar\u0131 sonucunda, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kadikoysifa.com\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u015eifa<\/span><\/a>\u2019n\u0131n mevcut durumunu objektif olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. Ben insan\u0131n i\u015fini sevdi\u011finde ger\u00e7ek performans\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyabildi\u011fine inan\u0131yorum. B\u00f6yle bir temelin \u00fczerine e\u011fitimi ve do\u011fru i\u015f ortam\u0131n\u0131 kurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmaman\u0131z i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir neden yok. En ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 insanlar, kendilerini en iyi ifade edecekleri meslekleri se\u00e7en ve bu y\u00f6nde hareket edenler. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Y\u00f6neticilik, \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc var olma bi\u00e7imi<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">\u0130yi bir y\u00f6netici; konusunda uzman, sistemci ve entegrasyon yetene\u011fi olan giri\u015fimci olmal\u0131. Kendimde her zaman bu y\u00f6nleri geli\u015ftiriyorum. S\u00fcrekli olarak kendini geli\u015ftirmek ve \u00f6\u011frenmeyi hi\u00e7 bitirmemek gerekiyor. Bir de ko\u00e7luk y\u00f6nteminin \u00f6zellikle y\u00f6neticinin ger\u00e7ek lider \u00f6zelliklerini geli\u015ftirdi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Ben y\u00f6neticili\u011fi \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir var olma bi\u00e7imi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. Bilgiyi payla\u015fmak ve ekibi geli\u015ftirmek, motivasyon i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu kadar verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan y\u00f6netici olmak i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">De\u011fi\u015fime \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edilmeli<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Liderlik bana g\u00f6re ki\u015fisel ustal\u0131k ve payla\u015f\u0131lan vizyon gerektiriyor. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z EFQM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda liderli\u011fi kurum i\u00e7inde yaymak amac\u0131yla Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u015eifa liderlerinin tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da yapt\u0131k. Liderlik i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tan\u0131m; kurumun misyon ve vizyonu do\u011frultusunda hedef belirleyen ve bunun payla\u015fan, \u00a0zor hedefler i\u00e7in \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan, ki\u015fileri y\u00f6nlendiren, etkinle\u015ftiren ve motive eden, bireysel ve ekip ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan ki\u015filer. Bence lider, kurumun y\u00f6netim sisteminin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, bu sistemin ya\u015fama ge\u00e7irilmesi ve s\u00fcrekli olarak iyile\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ki\u015fisel olarak rol almal\u0131. Arad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z en \u00f6nemli yetkinliklerden bir di\u011feri de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ileti\u015fim becerileri. \u0130\u015fimiz gere\u011fi insanla i\u015f yap\u0131yoruz, ileti\u015fimde yap\u0131lan en ufak hata t\u00fcm hizmetleri s\u0131f\u0131rlayabiliyor.
