Bu grup da ana \u0130K fonksiyonlar\u0131ndan i\u015fe al\u0131m, yeti\u015ftirme, geli\u015ftirme, e\u011fitim, y\u00fcksek potansiyelli grubun yeti\u015ftirilmesi dedi\u011fimiz i\u015flerle u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yor. Asl\u0131nda bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u015firketin gelece\u011fini \u015fekillendiren s\u00fcre\u00e7. Ayr\u0131ca her y\u00f6neticimizin \u0130K sorumlu\u011funu ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. Y\u00fcksek yetenekli bir ekip yeti\u015ftirmek, bunu yapabilmek i\u00e7in y\u00f6neticilerimizin de \u0130K i\u015flerini iyi yapmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz. \u0130K i\u015flerinden kast\u0131m\u0131z da personel i\u015fleri de\u011fil, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanla birlik olabilmek, insan yeti\u015ftirmek.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Yeni nesil \u0130K departmanlar\u0131n\u0131n hedefleri sizce ne olmal\u0131? <\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">\u0130K, gelece\u011fi \u015fekillendirecek insanlar\u0131 se\u00e7en, yeti\u015ftiren, do\u011fru yerlere getiren, t\u00f6kezledikleri noktalarda devreye giren, ilgili organizasyonu oturtan ekip olmal\u0131.
