Do\u011fu\u015f Otomotiv&#8217;e \u00f6zel D-\u0130nsan Y\u00f6netimi Sistemi ve D-staj gibi bu uygulamalar, uzun vadede ge\u00e7erli altyap\u0131lar kuruyor.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu\u015f Otomotiv Grubu \u0130K Departman\u0131, Otomotiv Grubu b\u00fcnyesindeki \u015firketlerin i\u015fe al\u0131m, \u00fccretlendirme ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme, e\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim faaliyetleri, performans y\u00f6netimi, potansiyel belirleme, yedekleme, \u00f6zl\u00fck i\u015fleri, kariyer planlama, organizasyonel de\u011fi\u015fimler, \u00f6neri ve \u00f6d\u00fcl uygulamalar\u0131 gibi \u0130K uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmek ve y\u00f6nlendirmek amac\u0131yla kuruldu. Stajyerlerimiz 6 hafta s\u00fcresince \u015firketimizde staj yapabiliyorlar. Staj program\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc stajyerlerimizi dahil etti\u011fimiz e-oryantasyon program\u0131nda, \u00f6ncelikli olarak Do\u011fu\u015f Grubu, Do\u011fu\u015f Otomotiv Grubu \u015firketleri, D-Staj Program\u0131 ve \u015firket kurallar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgilendiriyoruz. Se\u00e7me s\u00fcrecinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen, birebir ya da grup m\u00fclakatlar sonras\u0131nda ba\u015fvurular\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek, aday ve departman e\u015fle\u015ftirmelerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Sat\u0131\u015f prim sistemini revize ettik. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131zla i\u00e7 ileti\u015fimi art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u0130K \u0130leti\u015fim Plan\u0131&rsquo;n\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. \u0130\u015fe al\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131zda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z testleri de\u011fi\u015ftirerek, kurumumuza \u00f6zel yetenek s\u0131navlar\u0131 ve seviye belirlemeye y\u00f6nelik \u0130ngilizce testinin uygulanmas\u0131 konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131k. Stajyer program\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 revize ederek D-Staj program\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k. E\u011fitimlerimizi do\u011fru ve etkin bir y\u00f6ntemle belirlemek \u00fczere ihtiya\u00e7 analizi yapt\u0131k.
