Buna g\u00f6re i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z adaylar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011fu halen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri onlar i\u00e7in kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmek istedi\u011fimiz adaylarla k\u0131sa bir telefon m\u00fclakat\u0131ndan sonra, onlara g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeden \u00f6nce tamamlanmak \u00fczere ki\u015filik envanterini iletiyoruz. \u0130lk g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme \u0130K yetkilileri taraf\u0131ndan, yetkinlik bazl\u0131 m\u00fclakat teknikleriyle yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Departman y\u00f6neticileri (yeni ba\u015flayacak adaylar\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fcst y\u00f6netim dahil g\u00f6rmesini) ve \u0130K&rsquo;n\u0131n ortak g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fle olumlu buldu\u011fu adaylar\u0131n referans kontrollerini yap\u0131yor ve teklifimizi yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak iletiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 yetkinlik alanlar\u0131 destekleniyor<\/strong><br \/>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015fim ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tespitinde birka\u00e7 ana kaynaktan yararlan\u0131yoruz. Bunun sonucu olarak her bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ortalama 19.2 saat e\u011fitime kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/div>\n<div><strong>AXA&rsquo;da \u00fccret politikas\u0131<\/strong> <br \/>\u00dccret skalas\u0131nda, rekabet\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131za paralel olarak konumlanmay\u0131 tercih ediyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n gelir paketlerini olu\u015ftururken, \u00fccret kalemlerini yurti\u00e7i ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 sekt\u00f6rel verilerle d\u00fczenli olarak k\u0131yasl\u0131yoruz. Her pozisyonun alaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fccretin alt ve \u00fcst limitleri belirli ve AXA Pozisyon Haritas\u0131&rsquo;nda yer al\u0131yor. Bu sistemde i\u015f analiziyle belirlenen kademeye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00f6denen sabit \u00fccretin yan\u0131nda, performansa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00f6denen de\u011fi\u015fken \u00fccret sistemi de bulunuyor. B\u00f6ylece t\u00fcm AXA \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi y\u00fcksek performansa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kendi \u00fccret seviyesini daha da yukar\u0131ya \u00e7ekme \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 elde etmi\u015f oluyor. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada kriz ya\u015fanan 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda sekt\u00f6r ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n ve enflasyonun \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Kriz sebebiyle herhangi bir personel \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131m\u0131 yapmad\u0131k. Yan haklar\u0131m\u0131zda ise, d\u00fc\u015fmenin aksine, iyile\u015fmelere y\u00f6neldik.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131ran ve kuvvetlendiren uygulamalar<\/strong><br \/>AXA Sigorta&rsquo;n\u0131n sosyal hizmetler aras\u0131nda fark yaratan iki uygulamas\u0131 &ldquo;Tasarruf Sistemi&rdquo; ve &ldquo;AXA Shareplan, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Hissedarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Program\u0131&rdquo;d\u0131r. Tasarruf sistemimiz, hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n hem de i\u015fverenin katk\u0131da bulundu\u011fu birikimli bir poli\u00e7e. Bu sisteme kat\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde, az\u0131msanmayacak bir birikim sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f oluyorlar. AXA Shareplan sayesindeyse \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z AXA hisse senetlerine avantajl\u0131 ko\u015fullarla sahip olma f\u0131rsat\u0131 yakal\u0131yorlar. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in hem bir yan hak, hem de AXA&rsquo;ya duyduklar\u0131 g\u00fcvenin bir simgesi. B\u00f6ylelikle hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z \u0130stanbul trafi\u011finde daha az zaman ge\u00e7iriyor hem de AXA Sigorta olarak \u00e7evreye kar\u015f\u0131 sorumlulu\u011fumuzu yerine getirmi\u015f oluyoruz.
