P&amp;G&rsquo;nin hem sorumluluk verme hem de rotasyon yapma gibi sistemleri insan\u0131 son derece geli\u015ftiren sistemlerdi. Hep denir zaten &ldquo;okul gibidir diye&rdquo; ger\u00e7ekten bu y\u00f6n\u00fcnden \u00e7ok istifade ettim.<\/div>\n<div><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Johnson &amp; Johnson&rsquo;a ge\u00e7meye nas\u0131l karar verdiniz?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Eski \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m firmada ilk g\u00fcnden itibaren \u00e7ok sorumluluk verilip, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 beklenirdi.
