M\u00fclakatlar sonucunda olumlu bulunan aday\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n referans kontrollerini yap\u0131yoruz. E\u011fer referanslar\u0131 olumlu ise aday ile teklif s\u00fcrecimize ge\u00e7iyoruz. Bireysel emeklilik ve hayat sigortas\u0131, potansiyeli y\u00fcksek sekt\u00f6rlerden. Grup m\u00fclakat\u0131nda olumlu de\u011ferlendirilen adaylar, yine b\u00f6lge y\u00f6neticileri ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecekleri birebir m\u00fclakata davet edilip role-play \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na tabii tutuluyor. Son a\u015famada ise \u0130K ekibi olumlu de\u011ferlendirilen adaylar ile yetkinlik bazl\u0131 m\u00fclakatlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. M\u00fclakatlar sonucunda genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck al\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131zda oldu\u011fu gibi referans kontrolleri yap\u0131yoruz. Sat\u0131\u015f kadrolar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fe al\u0131mlarda ise bu yetkinliklere ek olarak ikna kabiliyeti, \u00f6zg\u00fcven, dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve ki\u015fisel motivasyonu y\u00fcksek, m\u00fc\u015fteri duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip, empati yetene\u011fi geli\u015fmi\u015f, s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fime \u00f6nem veren, etik ve profesyonel tutuma sahip adaylar olmas\u0131na dikkat ediyoruz<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>&ldquo;Ya\u015fayan yetenek&rdquo;le yetene\u011fimizi y\u00f6netiyoruz<\/strong><br \/>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yetkinlik ve potansiyellerini do\u011fru \u015fekillerde kullanabilmelerini sa\u011flamak ve etkin \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirebilmek i\u00e7in &ldquo;Ya\u015fayan Yetenek&rdquo; ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz bir e-sistem \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz &ldquo;Yetenek Y\u00f6netimi&rdquo; sistemimiz bulunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca yine bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde y\u00f6neticilerle her bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n performans\u0131n\u0131 ve geli\u015fimini de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimiz yetenek toplant\u0131lar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Bu sisteme paralel y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz yetenek y\u00f6netimi s\u00fcrecimizdeyse t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 birer yetenek olarak de\u011ferlendiriyor ve sadece \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131lara de\u011fil t\u00fcm ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za yatay ya da dikey kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Yetenek kayna\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelerini yaparak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kritik rol i\u00e7in yedekleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za sadece AvivaSA i\u00e7inde de\u011fil, ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yurti\u00e7i\/yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 kaynak ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re de kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunuyoruz. T\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde en \u00f6nem verdi\u011fimiz nokta, t\u00fcm geri bildirim ve payla\u015f\u0131m toplant\u0131lar\u0131nda hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n hem de y\u00f6neticisinin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k ve d\u00fcr\u00fcst bir geri bildirim s\u00fcreci y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>Oryantasyon s\u00fcrecimiz 4-5 hafta s\u00fcr\u00fcyor<\/strong><br \/>\u0130\u015fe al\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 en \u00e7ok sat\u0131\u015f pozisyonlar\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131yoruz. Uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitimlerde ise sat\u0131\u015f y\u00f6neticileri ile birlikte OJT olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sat\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda e\u011fitim, tecr\u00fcbeli finansal dan\u0131\u015fmanlar ile g\u00f6lge g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ve role-play&rsquo;lerden olu\u015fan bir program uyguluyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca oryantasyon s\u00fcreci sonras\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ve y\u00f6neticisinin ilk \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcreci de\u011ferlendirdikleri bir de\u011ferlendirme a\u015famam\u0131z bulunuyor.
