Proje stajyerlerimizin temininde \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019un sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu staj olanaklar\u0131ndan faydalan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stajyer se\u00e7iminizi nas\u0131l yap\u0131l\u0131yorsunuz, stajyer adaylar\u0131n\u0131z hangi a\u015famalardan ge\u00e7iyor? <\/strong><br \/>\nMesleki e\u011fitim stajyerleri ve yaz d\u00f6nemi stajyerlerinin se\u00e7iminde, ba\u015fvuru yapan ve okullar\u0131n y\u00f6nlendirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frencilerle m\u00fclakatlar \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Proje stajyerleri ise \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 m\u00fclakatlar\u0131 ard\u0131ndan ilgili B\u00f6l\u00fcm Y\u00f6neticileri ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. M\u00fclakatlarda olumlu olarak de\u011ferlendirilen \u00f6\u011frenciler, staj program\u0131na kabul ediliyor. Staj yapaca\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm ve verilecek sorumluluklar gere\u011fi, ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131 durumunda \u00f6\u011frenciler \u0130ngilizce S\u0131nav\u0131\u2019na da tabi tutulabiliyorlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00fcnsa, staj programlar\u0131yla neler hedefliyor?<\/strong><br \/>\nLise ve \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerine sa\u011flanan staj olanaklar\u0131 ile \u00f6\u011frencilerin okulda ald\u0131klar\u0131 teorik bilgilerin uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak ve geli\u015fimlerine destek verip i\u015f hayat\u0131na haz\u0131rlanmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak hedefleniyor.
