Bir y\u0131l\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Kitle Bireysel Bankac\u0131l\u0131k B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ba\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7tim, be\u015f y\u0131l kitle bankac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. 2005\u2019in haziran ay\u0131nda ailemle birlikte bir i\u015f yapmak i\u00e7in i\u015ften ayr\u0131ld\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kendi i\u015finizi kurma fikri nas\u0131l \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, sonras\u0131nda i\u015f hayat\u0131na ni\u00e7in \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda d\u00f6nd\u00fcn\u00fcz?<\/strong><br \/>\nKurumsal yap\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n genellikle \u201ckendi i\u015fim olsun, i\u015f saatlerimi ben ayarlayay\u0131m\u201d hayalleri vard\u0131r. Denemek istedim ve \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l kendime hedef koydum, bu s\u00fcrede bu i\u015f tutmazsa bankac\u0131l\u0131\u011fa geri d\u00f6necektim. Aile \u015firketinin bir\u00e7ok zorlu\u011fu var, 2.5 y\u0131l\u0131n ard\u0131ndan kurumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n benim i\u00e7in daha uygun oldu\u011funu anlad\u0131m ve kurumsal i\u015f hayat\u0131na d\u00f6nerken iyi ili\u015fkilerle ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m Garanti Bankas\u0131 benim ilk tercihim oldu. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda bankayla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrken \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda kariyer yapmam \u00f6nerildi, teklif bana \u00e7ok s\u0131cak geldi. O y\u0131la kadar bir \u015fekilde hep y\u00f6neticilik yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n bir taraf\u0131n\u0131 hep g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcm ve bu i\u015f teklifi di\u011fer taraftan da g\u00f6rme f\u0131rsat\u0131 veriyordu.\u00a0 Ayr\u0131ca \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 benim karakterime de \u00e7ok uyumlu, ben uzun vadeli planlar yapmay\u0131, bir tak\u0131m sistemler kurmay\u0131 seviyorum. Bir de tabii insan\u0131 etkileyen taraf\u0131 olmas\u0131, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131nda iyi bir\u015fey yap\u0131p insan hayatlar\u0131nda fark yaratmak bana cezbetici geldi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 tan\u0131m\u0131 var, siz \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revini, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n potansiyellerini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacaklar\u0131 ortam\u0131 yaratmak ve onlara destek olmak olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yorum. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fi anlaml\u0131 k\u0131lmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana i\u015fini y\u00fczde y\u00fcz sevdirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil ancak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fin kendisine ve kuruma ne katk\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funu fark etmesini sa\u011flamam\u0131z gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mesle\u011finizin zor buldu\u011funuz yanlar\u0131 neler? <\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n iki \u015fapkas\u0131 var, kurumun ana stratejilerini uygulay\u0131c\u0131 taraf olmak bir de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda olup, onlar\u0131 destekleyerek adaleti sa\u011flayan taraf olmak. Bu k\u0131s\u0131m i\u015fimizin en zor taraf\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kcas\u0131. Bir taraftan \u00fcst y\u00f6netimin sesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcp di\u011fer taraftan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yan\u0131nda olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u015fimizin zor yan\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sizce yak\u0131n zamanda \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131nda hangi konular daha fazla \u00f6nem kazanacak?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n entellekt\u00fcel kapasitelerini harekete ge\u00e7irmeliyiz. Do\u011fru tecr\u00fcbeye, yetene\u011fe sahip insanlar\u0131 i\u015fe alarak onlar\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015f \u00fczerinde olabildi\u011fince serbest b\u0131rakmak ve yetkili k\u0131lmak \u00f6nem kazanacak. Bu i\u015f e\u011fitimle ba\u015fl\u0131yor ve ard\u0131ndan y\u00f6neticilerin do\u011fru liderlik yapabiliyor olmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu sebeple ben \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n temel fonksiyonun y\u00f6neticileri do\u011fru yeti\u015ftirmek ve y\u00f6neticilere do\u011fru performans ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme sistemleri kurmak, i\u015fleyi\u015fini takip etmek oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. O y\u00fczden \u015fimdi ve sonras\u0131nda planlama fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n daha da \u00f6nemli olacak. \u0130\u015fimizin en kritik k\u0131sm\u0131 performans sisteminin do\u011fru \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn do\u011fru yap\u0131lmas\u0131. Do\u011fru yapan ve fark yaratanlar \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131, yetenekler do\u011fru y\u00f6netilmeli. Performans\u0131n nesnel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcltlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bir de subjektif taraflar\u0131 var. \u0130\u015fimizin en kritik taraf\u0131 da bu subjektif k\u0131s\u0131m. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n birebir i\u015fin i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131mas\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n beklentilerini iyi bilmek \u00f6nem kazanacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kendinizi \u0130K alan\u0131nda nas\u0131l geli\u015ftirdiniz?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131na ge\u00e7ti\u011fim ilk d\u00f6nemde bir dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131m\u0131zla 6 ay birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Benim a\u00e7\u0131mdan \u00e7ok iyi bir tecr\u00fcbe oldu, akl\u0131ma tak\u0131lanlar\u0131 birebir \u00f6\u011frenme f\u0131rsat\u0131m oldu. Onun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda seminer, konferans ve s\u00fcrekli okuyarak kendimi geli\u015ftirme i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. Ayr\u0131ca Garanti Bankas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kurum oldu\u011fundan uygulama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok h\u0131zla tecr\u00fcbe kazan\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda\u00a0neleri ka\u00e7\u0131rmazs\u0131n\u0131z?<\/strong><br \/>\nDi\u011fer kurumlar\u0131 ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00f6rneklerini takip ederim. Her y\u0131l yurd\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 zirvelerini takip ederek neler konu\u015fuluyor, nerelerde de\u011fi\u015fimler var g\u00fcndemi ve makaleleri takip ediyorum. Amerika\u2019n\u0131n \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda hem teori hem de uygulama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan epey ileride oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Onlar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131\u00a0 \u00f6rneklerini inceliyorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fchendislik e\u011fitimiminizin \u0130K hayat\u0131n\u0131za katk\u0131lar\u0131 oldu mu?<\/strong><br \/>\nBir kurumda en \u00f6nemli varl\u0131k insan, kurumlarda insanlar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek, destekleyecek sistemlerin olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ortaya koyduklar\u0131 eme\u011fi birka\u00e7 kat art\u0131racak sistemler gerekiyor. S\u00fcre\u00e7lerin sistemati\u011fi oturtmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. S\u00fcre\u00e7sel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, i\u015fin analiti\u011fini \u00e7\u0131karma, sistemi etkileyecek fakt\u00f6rleri \u00f6ng\u00f6rme noktalar\u0131nda m\u00fchendislik e\u011fitimimizin \u00e7ok faydas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Son 4 y\u0131l\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirseniz, sizce bu uzun s\u00fcre\u00e7te T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u0130K anlam\u0131nda neler de\u011fi\u015fti?<\/strong><br \/>\n2008 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bankac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc, aranan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 se\u00e7mek, yeti\u015ftirmek, daha geni\u015f terfi f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunan g\u00fczel bir d\u00f6nem ya\u015fand\u0131. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme, maliyet ve masraf y\u00f6netimi h\u0131zl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n y\u00f6netimi daha kritik hale geldi. Toplu i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar yapmad\u0131k bu tedbirlerimiz sayesinde. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc seviyorum. Her b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc bir organa benzetirsek \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131\u2019n\u0131 kurumun vicdan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mesle\u011finizin zor buldu\u011funuz yanlar\u0131 neler? Bu zorluklar\u0131 a\u015fmak i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00dcst y\u00f6netim taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen belli bir strateji var. \u00dcst y\u00f6netim elbette tek ba\u015f\u0131na karar vermiyor, t\u00fcm veriler payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ktan, t\u00fcm y\u00f6neticilerle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra strateji belirleniyor. O karar verildikten sonra o karar\u0131n sahiplenilmesi gerekiyor. O y\u00fczden \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n bu kararlar\u0131n savunuculu\u011funu yapmas\u0131 gerekiyor, bu dengeyi sa\u011flamak bence i\u015fimizin en zor taraf\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kendinizi olumsuz de\u011ferlendirdi\u011finiz ve de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z y\u00f6nleriniz, al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131z var m\u0131?<\/strong><br \/>\nKendimde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm en zay\u0131f y\u00f6n, motive edici taraf\u0131m\u0131n az olmas\u0131. Segment bazl\u0131 gitmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz, \u00f6zellikle yeni do\u011fum yapan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za yard\u0131mc\u0131 neler yapabilece\u011fimizi planl\u0131yoruz.
