Ba\u015fta y\u00f6neticim olmak \u00fczere iyi \u0130K\u2019c\u0131lar\u0131n iyi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fleri (bazen de iyi yapamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131) izler ve bunlar\u0131 kendim i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frenme ve geli\u015fme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131r\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20 YILLIK TECR\u00dcBE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130K \u015eEK\u0130L DE\u011e\u0130\u015eT\u0130RD\u0130<br \/>\nBir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne benim de tan\u0131kl\u0131k etti\u011fim, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 25-30 y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde, \u0130K hem kavramsal d\u00fczeyde, hem de pratikte \u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fti ve geli\u015fti. Bizim kariyere ad\u0131m att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u0131llarda, \u0130K ad\u0131 bile \u00e7ok yeniydi. O kadar yeniydi ki, baz\u0131 \u015firketler ve personel y\u00f6neticileri, \u201cpersonel b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 \u201c\u0130K\u201d olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirince, \u015firketlerini de \u0130K y\u00f6netimine ge\u00e7irdiklerini sand\u0131lar. Oysa zamanla g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc ki, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f \u0130K y\u00f6netimi, bir isim farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, insan y\u00f6netimine daha \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve bunu g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alacak sistemlerin kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiriyordu. Daha da \u00f6nemlisi hem personel b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, hem de di\u011fer alanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, insana bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirecek bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011fi\u015fimi gerektiriyordu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130K\u2019CI PORTRES\u0130 DE DE\u011e\u0130\u015eT\u0130<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sadece zorunlu olduklar\u0131nda gittikleri ve kap\u0131s\u0131ndan girmeye korktuklar\u0131 bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm olmaktan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana do\u011frudan ula\u015fan bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm haline gelinceye kadar epey zaman ge\u00e7mesi gerekti. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, \u0130K \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n niteliklerinde de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler oldu. Ancak, i\u015flerin zor oldu\u011fu zamanlarda, sunulan olanaklar\u0131 k\u0131smak gerekebilir. \u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar, \u00fccretlerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gibi uygulanmas\u0131 hi\u00e7 de sempatik olmayan \u00f6nlemleri uygulamak g\u00f6revi \u0130K\u2019ya d\u00fc\u015fer. Ki\u015fi \u00f6nce kendisindeki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve zay\u0131f yanlar\u0131 d\u00fcr\u00fcst\u00e7e farketmeli, kendisini nelerin mutlu, nelerin mutsuz etti\u011fini g\u00f6rebilmelidir. Sabah seans\u0131nda on kadar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yapm\u0131\u015f, epey yorulmu\u015ftuk. \u00dcstelik adaylar da istedi\u011fimiz gibi de\u011fildi. K\u0131sa bir tan\u0131\u015fmadan sonra m\u00fclakata ba\u015flad\u0131k. Aday son derece rahatt\u0131. \u0130\u015fi pek de \u00f6nemsemiyor gibiydi.
