Ancak bunu bir avantaj olarak da ortaya koymak do\u011fru olmaz. Ben kad\u0131n ya da erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmaktan \u00e7ok, se\u00e7imlerimizi hakkaniyet \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z takdirde do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde hareket etmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Hakkaniyetli se\u00e7imler yap\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde beyaz yakal\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn olduk\u00e7a a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Bu i\u015f tempomuzu da etkiliyor. \u00dcstelik hem T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hem de yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla s\u00fcrekli temas halindeyiz. D\u00fczenli bir ki\u015fiyim. Acil ve \u00f6nemli olan i\u015flere \u00f6ncelik vererek, acil ve \u00f6nemli olmayan i\u015fleri tamamlamaya do\u011fru giden bir d\u00fczende \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u0131m. Bir y\u00f6netici olarak birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m ki\u015filere g\u00fcvenmeye ve onlar\u0131 desteklemeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6steririm. Bir lider olarak benim as\u0131l g\u00f6revim \u015firketin vizyonunu olu\u015fturmak ve \u015firketi bu do\u011frultuda temsil etmektir, bu y\u00fczden zaman\u0131m\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fik gruplarla toplant\u0131larla ge\u00e7iyor.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Kariyer hayat\u0131mda d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktam oldu dedi\u011finiz bir kariyer ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131z var m\u0131?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Amerikan IRI Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015eirketi\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131. \u015eirket, bir T\u00fcrk ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015firketine sat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7ok sayg\u0131 duydu\u011fum iki T\u00fcrk ortak da bana \u015firketten ayr\u0131lmamam\u0131 ve bana genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck pozisyonunu vereceklerini s\u00f6ylediler. Ancak ben b\u00f6yle bir pozisyonun benim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok erken oldu\u011funu, oraya gelebilmek i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok tecr\u00fcbe edinmem gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyerek kabul etmedim. Bence kariyerimdeki d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 bu karar\u0131md\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ekten haz\u0131r olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir g\u00f6reve erkenden gelerek, alt\u0131ndan kalkamayabilirdim.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Uzun y\u0131llar h\u0131zl\u0131 t\u00fcketim alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131n\u0131z, y\u00f6neticilik yapt\u0131n\u0131z, bu tecr\u00fcbenizin size en b\u00fcy\u00fck art\u0131lar\u0131 neler oldu?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>H\u0131zl\u0131 t\u00fcketim ve perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131m deneyimlerin, g\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de bana avantaj sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilirim. Bir d\u00fcnya markas\u0131 olarak kayda de\u011fer bir birikimi ve know-how\u2019\u0131 var. Bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ok iyi bir tablo ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Perakende alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olmak; yenilik\u00e7i, planl\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131, ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yatk\u0131n, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc olmay\u0131 gerektiriyor. Ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fumuz APMEA b\u00f6lgesinde 37 \u00fclke aras\u0131nda restoran sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 en \u00e7ok art\u0131ran \u00fclke \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fc kazand\u0131k. Hali haz\u0131rda restoran say\u0131m\u0131z 230\u2019u ge\u00e7ti. Bir yandan zenginle\u015fen men\u00fclerimiz ile h\u0131zl\u0131 servis sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken, bir yandan da modern restoran konseptimizle m\u00fc\u015fterilerimizin kendilerini daha rahat hissedecekleri ortamlar yarat\u0131p ve yeni m\u00fczik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zla misafirlerimize farkl\u0131 bir deneyim ya\u015fatmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. McD Caf\u00e9 gibi yeniliklerimizle de bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>\u015eirket olarak yak\u0131n gelecekte hangi konulara odaklanacaks\u0131n\u0131z?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda da yine istikrarl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmemizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyi hedefliyoruz. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 40\u2019tan fazla yeni restoran a\u00e7may\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Bu da bine yak\u0131n yeni istihdam yarataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu y\u0131l da 2013\u2019te oldu\u011fu gibi mevcut ve sistemimize yeni kat\u0131lacak i\u015fletmecilerimizle b\u00fcy\u00fcmemizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyi planl\u0131yoruz. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar 500 restorana ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Her bir restoran ortalama 25-30 ki\u015filik bir istihdam anlam\u0131na geliyor. 500 restorana ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda 15 binden fazla ki\u015fiye daha McDonald\u2019s restoranlar\u0131nda istihdam sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131yoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla insan kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek en b\u00fcy\u00fck hedeflerimizden biri. Bu hedefi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00fczere 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za devam edece\u011fiz.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Bo\u015f vakitlerinizde sizi motive eden hobileriniz neler?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u0130\u015fteki zaman\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ne kadar do\u011fru planlar ve efektif \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rsan\u0131z size kalan \u00f6zel zaman\u0131n\u0131z da o oranda fazla oluyor. Haftan\u0131n birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn\u00fc ev d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yemek yiyorum. Yeni tatlar denemekten ho\u015flan\u0131yorum. Spor yapmak benim i\u00e7in hayat\u0131n olmazsa olmaz\u0131. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ko\u015fu\u015fturma i\u00e7inde spora vakit ay\u0131rmak i\u00e7in sabah \u00e7ok erken kalk\u0131yorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc spor yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda daha dinamik oluyorsunuz, g\u00fcne daha enerjik ba\u015fl\u0131yorsunuz. Asl\u0131nda ben en \u00e7ok spor yaparak dinleniyorum. K\u0131\u015flar\u0131 1 hafta kayak yap\u0131yorum, yazlar\u0131 ise s\u00f6rf yapabilece\u011fim yerleri tercih ediyorum. \u015eimdilerde yelken \u00f6\u011frenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum.
