Bu anlamda \u00f6zde\u011ferlendirme, bir firman\u0131n faaliyetlerini, d\u00fczenli, sistematik ve kapsaml\u0131 olarak g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmesidir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te firmalar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve zay\u0131f y\u00f6nlerini belirleyerek, iyile\u015ftirme stratejilerini geli\u015ftiriler.<\/div>\n<div>Bu iyile\u015ftirme s\u00fcreci, potansiyel geli\u015fme alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00f6zde\u011ferlendirmeden sorumlu olanlar\u0131n saptanmas\u0131n\u0131, iyile\u015ftirme program\u0131n\u0131n planlanmas\u0131n\u0131, uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n etkin olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesini i\u00e7erir. Verimli bir \u00f6zde\u011ferlendirme, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n da bilfiil bu s\u00fcrece kat\u0131lmas\u0131yla olu\u015fur ve firman\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsayan bir kalite tasar\u0131m\u0131na olanak sa\u011flar. Bu noktada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00f6zde\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecini bir denetim gibi alg\u0131lamamalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak gerekir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n konuya olan \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 gidermek ve geleneksel denetim kavram\u0131 ile \u00f6zde\u011ferlendirmenin aras\u0131ndaki b\u00fcy\u00fck farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 onlara a\u00e7\u0131klamak gerekmektedir. Denetim, firmada yap\u0131lan i\u015flerin \u00f6nceden belirlenmi\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctlere g\u00f6re kontrol edilmesidir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n \u00f6zde\u011ferlendirme, bir firman\u0131n sorunlu noktalar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirme s\u00fcrecine tabi tutulmas\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zde\u011ferlendirmenin amac\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmesi gereken alanlar\u0131 saptamak ve bunun i\u00e7in gerekli b\u00fct\u00e7eyi saptamakt\u0131r.
