Buna g\u00f6re insan, fizyolojik ve g\u00fcvenlikte olma gereksinimlerinden sonra, sosyal gereksinimleri olan &#8220;ait olma&#8221;, &#8220;sevme&#8221;, &#8220;sevilme&#8221;, &#8220;sosyal etkile\u015fimler&#8221; gibi gereksinimlerini gidermektedir. Daha sonra sayg\u0131nl\u0131k gereksinimi; \u00f6z sayg\u0131, ba\u015far\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k, ba\u015fkalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131nma ve sayg\u0131 duyulma kar\u015f\u0131lanmaktad\u0131r. Hepsinden sonra ise bireyin sahip oldu\u011fu t\u00fcm potansiyeli etkili bir bi\u00e7imde kullanabilme gereksinimi olan &#8220;kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme&#8221; a\u015famas\u0131 gelmektedir. <\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde insanlar\u0131n gerek \u00f6zel gerek profesyonel i\u015f hayatlar\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131ndan bir tanesi de kendilerini tam olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirememeleridir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131 sabah\u0131n erken saatlerinde yataklar\u0131ndan kald\u0131rabilecek ve ofislerinde ge\u00e7irdikleri zaman boyunca kendilerini verimli ve olumlu hissetmelerini sa\u011flayacak d\u00fczeyde bir kariyerlerinin olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi gittik\u00e7e artmaktad\u0131r. Hayatlar\u0131ndan ve kariyerlerinden ne istedikleri, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fin onlara ne derece yeterli oldu\u011fu, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n genelde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 paradoksun bir yan\u0131n\u0131, para kazanmayla paralel geli\u015fen ya\u015fam m\u00fccadeleleri de di\u011fer yan\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u015eu an yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m i\u015ften daha fazlas\u0131 olmal\u0131, t\u00fcm hayat\u0131m boyunca bu i\u015fi mi yapaca\u011f\u0131m?&#8221; tarz\u0131ndaki sorular sorarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar; hayatlar\u0131n\u0131, kariyerlerini, y\u00f6neticilerini ve firmalar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden de\u011ferlendirirler. Bunlara ek olarak; \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 firmadaki y\u00f6netim bo\u015fluklar\u0131, karar alma s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131lamamalar\u0131, y\u00f6netici-\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ili\u015fkisinde yeterli duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n olmamas\u0131 ve genel anlamda olu\u015fan olumsuz atmosfer nedeniyle firmalar\u0131na olan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yitirmeye ba\u015flamalar\u0131 da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n firmalar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131l\u0131p, bu imkanlara sahip olacaklar\u0131 di\u011fer firmalara transfer olmalar\u0131nda etkili nedenlerdendir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu konu, yeni mezunlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, y\u00f6nelmeyi planlad\u0131klar\u0131 kariyer hedeflerinin ne derece tatmin edici oldu\u011fu konusunda kesin emin olmak isteyen geni\u015f bir kitle kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00dcniversitelerin kariyer g\u00fcnleri d\u00fczenlemeleri, bu kariyer g\u00fcnlerine \u00e7e\u015fitli firmalar\u0131n kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 ve kendilerini anlatmalar\u0131 eskiden s\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir durum de\u011filken, art\u0131k \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerini potansiyel adaylar olarak de\u011ferlendiren i\u015fverenlerin ve kariyer konusuna daha bilin\u00e7li bakmaya ba\u015flayan yeni mezunlar\u0131n bu tip organizasyonlara olan ilgi ve talepleri de artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zel-profesyonel i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki denge, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, y\u0131ll\u0131k izinler ve kariyer hareketlili\u011fi konunda i\u015fverenlere sorular y\u00f6nelten yeni mezunlar, i\u015fverenleri gelecekte yeni birtak\u0131m \u00f6nlemler ve de\u011fi\u015fiklikler \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya sevkedebilirler. Bunun temel nedeni de yeni mezunlar\u0131n kariyer kavram\u0131n\u0131 hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmeleri; ama kariyerlerinin, t\u00fcm hayatlar\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmedi\u011fini de vurgulamalar\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 tercih edecekleri firman\u0131n da bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6steren ve bu tip bir felsefeye sahip bir firma olmas\u0131n\u0131 istedikleri a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortadad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Belli bir s\u00fcredir hem \u00fclkemizde hem de d\u00fcnyada ya\u015fanan i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar ve k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar sonras\u0131nda i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u00e7o\u011fu birey a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde de s\u0131kl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fclen durum, ki\u015filerin ilk \u015foku atlatt\u0131ktan sonra, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 kendilerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ve ger\u00e7ekten yapmak istediklerini yapmak i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsat olarak g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r.
