Di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle bizim i\u00e7in i\u00e7 ileti\u015fim sadece T\u00fcrkiye&rsquo;deki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 de\u011fil, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyadaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flamak anlam\u0131na geliyor. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black\"><br \/>&ldquo;\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n tepkileri olumlu&rdquo;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black\"><br \/>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ay, bir dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k \u015firketi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla&nbsp; bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyeti anketi d\u00fczenledik. Global Vodafone ailesinin bir \u00fcyesi olmaktan memnunlar. Bu y\u00fczden de ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fimi destekliyor ve bizim yan\u0131m\u0131zda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyorlar. Di\u011fer bir grupsa de\u011fi\u015fimin daha da h\u0131zl\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor, sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in sab\u0131rs\u0131zlan\u0131yor. D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcyse binayla ilgili \u015fikayetlerdi. \u015eu anki bina ger\u00e7ekten de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n rahat edebilece\u011fi bir ortam sunmaktan ve Vodafone&rsquo;un imaj\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tmaktan uzak. \u0130lk olarak insanlara bu ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ve bu konuda neler yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131k. \u00d6nce bize inanmad\u0131lar. &ldquo;Bunlar\u0131 daha \u00f6nce de duyduk&rdquo; havas\u0131 hakimdi. Telsim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten de zor d\u00f6nemler ge\u00e7irmi\u015fler, hak vermemek elde de\u011fil. \u0130lk olarak maa\u015flar\u0131 a\u015famal\u0131 olarak d\u00fczeltme yoluna gittik. Sonra hemen e\u011fitim konusuna e\u011fildik. Y\u00f6neticilere \u00f6ncelik verdik, yava\u015f yava\u015f a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 do\u011fru geni\u015fletiyoruz. \u0130leti\u015fim departman\u0131yla ileti\u015fim eksikli\u011fini giderme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
