Nas\u0131l bir kurulu\u015f s\u00fcreci i\u015fledi?<\/strong>Yaz\u0131l\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn dinamizminde, kendisine s\u00fcrekli daha da y\u00fcksek hedefler koymakta olan bir firmada, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131z da olduk\u00e7a gen\u00e7 ve e\u011fitim d\u00fczeyi olarak y\u00fcksek seviyede olunca &ldquo;esnek bir yap\u0131 i\u00e7inde kurumsalla\u015fma&rdquo; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7ine girdik. \u0130K departman\u0131n\u0131 2005 ba\u015f\u0131nda kurduk ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131k. <\/font><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><span style=\"color: black\"><font face=\"Verdana\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada iki anahtar\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131. Birincisi; \u0130nnova&#8217;n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerini \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131ndan dinlemek ve bu y\u00f6nleri \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmak. Yap\u0131m\u0131z esnek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc sistemler olu\u015fturarak desteklememiz gerekti. Sistemlerin \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekiyor ki s\u00fcrekli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ak\u0131\u015f sa\u011flans\u0131n, soru i\u015faretleri olu\u015fmas\u0131n. \u00d6rne\u011fin, performans de\u011ferlendirme sistemimiz yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrekli besleyecek \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc. <\/font><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><font face=\"Verdana\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">Ne t\u00fcr bir performans de\u011ferlendirmeyi baz ald\u0131n\u0131z?<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: black\">Klasik yar\u0131 d\u00f6nemli sistemi baz ald\u0131k. Bunun \u00fczerine &ldquo;proje bazl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeler&rdquo; ile &ldquo;komiteler taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirme&rdquo;yi ekledik. Proje bazl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeler bize \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n, yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 her bir proje i\u00e7in de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve d\u00f6nem sonuna pek \u00e7ok bilgi ile haz\u0131r girmemizi sa\u011flarken, t\u00fcm y\u00f6neticilerin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 komite de\u011ferlendirmeleri de hem objektifli\u011fi hem de y\u00f6neticilerin t\u00fcm ekibi daha detayl\u0131 tan\u0131mas\u0131 imkan\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. <\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><span style=\"color: black\"><font face=\"Verdana\">Performans de\u011ferlendirme sistemi kapsam\u0131nda, ki\u015fisel performans\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ki\u015finin kariyerinde bir sonraki basamak i\u00e7in haz\u0131r olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, de\u011filse bunun i\u00e7in ne gibi geli\u015fim ad\u0131mlar\u0131 at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini; mevcut pozisyonunda daha y\u00fcksek performans i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri de sapt\u0131yoruz. Yaz\u0131l\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in teknik e\u011fitimlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ileti\u015fim, zaman y\u00f6netimi gibi e\u011fitimlere de ihtiya\u00e7 duyuluyor. Yaz\u0131l\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, s\u00fcrekli teknik bir ortamda bulunduklar\u0131ndan daha sosyal alanlarda desteklere ihtiya\u00e7 duyulabiliyor. Keyif k\u00f6\u015fesini renklendirmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nerdi\u011fimiz satran\u00e7, puzzle, dama gibi oyunlar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan rengarenk oyun hamurlar\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7ilmesi bile bu ihtiyac\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. <\/font><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><span style=\"color: black\"><font face=\"Verdana\">Yeni yap\u0131y\u0131 ortaya koyduktan sonra bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme anketi yapm\u0131\u015f ve buradan da e\u011fitim ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik geribildirimler alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. 2005 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda y\u00f6neticilere y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimlerle yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k. Ko\u00e7luk Becerileri ile ilgili iki g\u00fcn s\u00fcren bir e\u011fitim ve workshop&#8217;lar d\u00fczenledik. Y\u00f6neticilerimizin, kendi hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n ko\u00e7u olmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmeleri sonra da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na \u00f6rnek olmalar\u0131 ve onlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeleri \u015feklinde bir hedefimiz vard\u0131. Y\u00f6neticilere y\u00f6nelik bir ba\u015fka e\u011fitimimiz ise Proje Y\u00f6netimi e\u011fitimiydi. \u0130stanbul ve Ankara&#8217;daki proje y\u00f6neticilerimizle 3 g\u00fcn s\u00fcren bir e\u011fitim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. 2005 de\u011ferlendirmesi sonucunda zaman y\u00f6netimi, ileti\u015fim ve sunum teknikleri konular\u0131nda e\u011fitim alma ihtiyac\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, bu alanda yine e\u011fitimlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 destekliyoruz. <\/font><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><font face=\"Verdana\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">\u015eirket i\u00e7inde rahatlama k\u00f6\u015fesi olu\u015fturma gibi projeleriniz var.
