Bu kurumsal geli\u015fme desteklemek i\u00e7in 26 Nisan&#8217;da t\u00fcm \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 bir araya getirdik ve herkesin bir tak\u0131m halinde ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gereken bir sistem \u00f6nlerine koyduk. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black\">E. A\u00e7\u0131kal\u0131n: 26 Nisan&#8217;da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen organizasyonda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki t\u00fcm Boehringer Ingelheim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 bir aradayd\u0131. Amac\u0131m\u0131z ge\u00e7en sene lansman\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, vizyonumuza gidecek ara\u00e7 konseptimizi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za ya\u015fayarak \u00f6\u011fretmekti. T\u00fcm g\u00fcn boyunca \u00e7e\u015fitli aktiviteler yapt\u0131k. Sabah, \u00f6\u011fleden sonra olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n materyallerini bulduk. 20 grup olu\u015fturduk. Birbirinden farkl\u0131 aktiviteler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiler, hepsinde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmalar\u0131 gerekiyordu ki \u00f6\u011fleden sonra kurulacak uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ipu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 alabilsinler. \u00d6\u011fleden sonra da 260 ki\u015fi hep beraber suyu elektri\u011fi ve telekom\u00fcnikasyonu olan bir ev in\u015fas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black\">\u0130nsanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istedi\u011fi \u015firket olmak gibi bir hedefiniz var. Ya\u015fayarak \u00f6\u011frenme e\u011fitimlerinin ard\u0131ndan k\u0131yafet balosu yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bir sene \u0130leti\u015fim Anahtar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r konsepti \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde g\u00fcnd\u00fcz e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 ve ard\u0131ndan Okay Temiz&#8217;le \u00e7ok sesli fakat uyumlu bir perk\u00fcsyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Sonraki sene Y\u0131lmamak konseptiyle 2 g\u00fcn boyunca Milas&#8217;ta bir da\u011f kamp\u0131 kurduk. Her sene kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze uygun anahtar kelimelerle konseptimiz de\u011fi\u015fiyor. O sene hangi konuyu belirlediysek onunla ilgili e\u011fitiimler, ya\u015fayarak \u00f6\u011frenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve ak\u015fam\u0131nda da birlikte kutlamalar d\u00fczenliyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131zla bir arada ge\u00e7en May\u0131s ay\u0131nda Liderlik konseptimiz dolay\u0131s\u0131yla An\u0131tkabir&#8217;i ziyaret ettik. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black\">Onun haricinde B\u0130SAK diye isimlendirdi\u011fimiz yine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir sosyal aktivite grubumuz var. Bu grup y\u0131l\u0131n belli d\u00f6nemlerinde brunch, tekne gezisi, yemek kursu gibi insanlar\u0131 kayna\u015ft\u0131racak, birbirlerini farkl\u0131 ortamlarda tan\u0131yabilecekleri ortamlar yaratacak aktiviteler d\u00fczenliyoruz. 3 ayda bir \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015firket gazetemiz var.
