L\u00fcks de\u011fil nitelikli konutlar yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u015eirketin Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Hasan Rahval\u0131 &#8220;L\u00fcks demiyoruz, \u00f6zellikle kavram olarak bunun \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok duruyoruz. \u0130htiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funa inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015feyleri projeye dahil ediyoruz. Talep edenlerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve talepleriyle ilgili \u00e7ok geni\u015f uzun ve kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ankette T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki konut talebinin trendini tespit etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu tespitlerimiz do\u011frultusunda mimari grubumuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Tabii tek noktada yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131yoruz. Bir oda bir salon talebinde bulunan da var, 4 oda bir salon talebinde bulunan da var. Bu yelpazeye uygun My City projesinde bir \u00e7e\u015fitleme yapt\u0131k, 3-4 \u00e7e\u015fit \u00f6neri sunduk ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu. Sonraki projelerimizde bu anketler yenilenerek, talep do\u011frultusunda mimari projeler olu\u015fturuluyor.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\"><br \/>\u015eu s\u0131ralar \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir proje var m\u0131?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\">Ata\u015fehir&#8217;de 3400 konutluk bir projemiz var. Ata\u015fehir Bat\u0131 Yakas\u0131 Projesi olarak ge\u00e7iyor. Mimari olarak yine de\u011fi\u015fik tipte konutlar\u0131m\u0131z var, binalar\u0131n da y\u00fckseklikleri muhtelif. Hedef yine nitelikli konutlar. L\u00fcks demiyoruz, \u00f6zellikle kavram olarak bunun \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok duruyoruz. L\u00fcks dedi\u011fimiz zaman onun \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 yok. \u0130htiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funa inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015feyleri projeye dahil ediyoruz. Biz site y\u00f6netimine kesinlikle ticari g\u00f6zle bakm\u0131yoruz.
