Kurumumuzda ortak hedeflere ula\u015fmakta ileti\u015fim son derece \u00f6nemli ve etkin bir unsur. \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan organize edilen; &#8220;Departman \u0130\u00e7i Toplant\u0131lar&#8221;, i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde i\u015f birli\u011fi yapan &#8220;Departmanlar Aras\u0131 Toplant\u0131lar&#8221; ve t\u00fcm haftan\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilip, gelecek hafta ve\/veya haftalara ait projeksiyonlar\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, Y\u00f6netim kurulumuzun tam kadro olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8220;Y\u00f6netim Toplant\u0131lar\u0131&#8221; d\u00fczenleniyor.
