Ebeveynlerin do\u011fum sonras\u0131 elde edecekleri destekleri ve ba\u015fvuru \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 merak ediyorsan, detayl\u0131 rehberimize g\u00f6z atabilirsin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fumdan sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na devam edecek olan anne ve babalar\u0131n bu s\u00fcreci iyi ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde ge\u00e7irebilmeleri i\u00e7in bir s\u00fcre bebeklerinin yan\u0131nda olmalar\u0131 gerekir. Bu esnada i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131ndan uzakla\u015fmak s\u00fcrecin do\u011fal bir sonucu haline gelir. Bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda i\u015fverenlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 yasal olarak izinli sayma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bulunur. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar do\u011fum sonras\u0131 devlet taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen s\u00fcrelerde izin kullanma ve maddi destek alma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131, s\u00fct izni, ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik raporu, kre\u015f yard\u0131m\u0131 gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli alt ba\u015fl\u0131klar halinde s\u0131ralanan bu destekler belirli \u015fartlar d\u00e2hilinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara sunulur. Sen de ebeveynlerin do\u011fum sonras\u0131 elde edecekleri destekleri ve ba\u015fvuru \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 merak ediyorsan detayl\u0131 rehberimize g\u00f6z atabilirsin.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 nedir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131, anne babalar\u0131n sa\u011f olarak d\u00fcnyaya gelen her bir bebek i\u00e7in bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere faydalanabilecekleri maddi yard\u0131md\u0131r. Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan destek; \u00e7ocuk paras\u0131, do\u011fum paras\u0131 gibi isimlerle de an\u0131labilir. Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fct paras\u0131 ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir. Ancak do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 ile s\u00fct paras\u0131 ya da emzirme \u00f6dene\u011fi bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n anne babalara sundu\u011fu farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrdeki maddi desteklerdir ve yararlanma \u015fartlar\u0131 da de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131ndan kimler yararlanabilir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 belirli \u015fartlar dahilinde belirli ki\u015filere verilir. Bu destekten faydalanabilmek i\u00e7in ki\u015filerin T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 olmas\u0131 ya da Mavi kart sahibi olmas\u0131 gerekir. Annenin ya da baban\u0131n veya her ikisinin de T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 olmas\u0131 veyahut Mavi kart\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fulur. Ayr\u0131ca do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 15.05.2015\u2019te ve bu tarihten sonra meydana gelen canl\u0131 do\u011fumlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olur. 15.05.2015\u2019ten \u00f6nce do\u011fan bebekler i\u00e7in anne ve babalar do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 talebinde bulunamaz. Bununla birlikte \u00f6deme miktar\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilmesi konusunda, yani d\u00fcnyaya gelen bebe\u011fin ka\u00e7\u0131nc\u0131 bebek oldu\u011funun belirlenmesinde verilen tarihten \u00f6nce do\u011fanlar da hesaba kat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Do\u011fum izni ne demektir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebelik ve do\u011fum s\u00fcreci ile ilgili olarak anne babalara sunulan bir di\u011fer destek do\u011fum iznidir. Gebelik ile birlikte anne adaylar\u0131n\u0131n izin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 olabilir. \u00d6zellikle gebeli\u011fin ilerleyen d\u00f6nemlerinde ve do\u011fumdan sonraki ilk aylarda sa\u011fl\u0131k ve bebek bak\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in izin, bir zorunluluk haline gelir. Bu ama\u00e7la 4\/a ve 4\/b sigortal\u0131l\u0131k stat\u00fcs\u00fcne sahip olan sigortal\u0131 kad\u0131na ya da sigortal\u0131 erke\u011fin sigortas\u0131 bulunmayan e\u015fine do\u011fum izni hakk\u0131 tan\u0131n\u0131r. Gebeli\u011fin olu\u015ftu\u011fu tarih itibar\u0131yla,<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do\u011fumun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinden sonraki ilk 8 haftal\u0131k s\u00fcre ile<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e7o\u011ful gebelikler ilk 10 haftal\u0131k s\u00fcreye kadar olan gebeli\u011fe ve anal\u0131k haline ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak meydana gelen hastal\u0131k, rahats\u0131zl\u0131k ya da engel durumlar\u0131 anal\u0131k hali olarak kabul edilir.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4\/a ve 4\/b sigortal\u0131l\u0131k stat\u00fcs\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, tutukevi ile ceza infaz kurumlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan tutuklu ve h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcler, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik akdi olmayan \u00fclkelerde bulunan i\u015f yerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclen T\u00fcrk i\u015f\u00e7ileri, ev hizmetleri alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatine g\u00f6re hesaplanan ayl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi 10 g\u00fcn ve 10 g\u00fcnden fazla olanlar anal\u0131k sigortas\u0131ndan yararlanma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Bu hak ile sigortal\u0131ya emzirme ile ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi tahsis edilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi ne demektir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015f kazas\u0131, hastal\u0131k, meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve anal\u0131k durumunda kurum taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilen doktor ya da sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulunun belirledi\u011fi istirahat s\u00fcresi boyunca ge\u00e7ici olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmama durumuna \u201cge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik\u201d ad\u0131 verilir. Bu hallerde sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana kurum taraf\u0131ndan maddi destekte bulunulur. Buna g\u00f6re tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, k\u00f6y ve mahalle muhtar\u0131 olarak hizmet veren, 4\/a stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, gelir vergisinden muaf olarak esnaf ve sanatkar siciline kayd\u0131 bulunan, ger\u00e7ek ya da basit usulde gelir vergisi m\u00fckellefi olan sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar anal\u0131k\u00a0 \u00f6dene\u011finden yararlanabilirler. \u00d6denek, yatarak tedavilerde g\u00fcnl\u00fck gelirin yar\u0131s\u0131, ayakta tedavilerde g\u00fcnl\u00fck gelirin \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi oran\u0131nda hesaplanarak verilir. Ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011finin s\u00fcre bak\u0131m\u0131ndan kapsam\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce ve sonraki sekiz haftal\u0131k zaman dilimi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c7o\u011ful gebeliklerde do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki sekiz haftal\u0131k s\u00fcreye iki hafta eklenerek elde edilen zaman dilimi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erken do\u011fum halinde do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce kullan\u0131lmayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrelerle ki\u015finin talebi ve hekim onay\u0131 ile do\u011fuma \u00fc\u00e7 hafta kalana dek \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda do\u011fumdan sonraki istirahat s\u00fcrecine eklenen zaman dilimi\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kad\u0131n sigortal\u0131, \u015firket orta\u011f\u0131 olarak tescil edilmi\u015fse ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik hakk\u0131ndan yararlanamaz. Bu haktan yararlan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fartlar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor olmas\u0131 gerekir:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fumun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olmas\u0131<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130stirahat tarihi itibar\u0131yla sigortal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n devam ediyor olmas\u0131<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki bir sene i\u00e7erisinde minimum 90 g\u00fcnl\u00fck k\u0131sa vadeli sigorta priminin beyan edilmi\u015f ya da \u00f6denmi\u015f olmas\u0131<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda i\u015f yerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan anne babalara hangi yard\u0131mlar verilir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebelik ve do\u011fum s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar baz\u0131 yard\u0131mlarla desteklenir. S\u00fct paras\u0131, kre\u015f deste\u011fi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n daha \u00f6nce \u00f6dedi\u011fi primlerle kar\u015f\u0131lanan SGK do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 bu kapsamda yer al\u0131r. \u0130lgili bakanl\u0131klar taraf\u0131ndan sunulan bu desteklerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra i\u015f yeri inisiyatifi do\u011frultusunda ilave yard\u0131mlar da yap\u0131labilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Hangi \u015fartlarla do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 al\u0131n\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 alabilmesi i\u00e7in baz\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 ve baz\u0131 evraklar\u0131 sunmas\u0131 gerekir. Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler k\u0131saca \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canl\u0131 do\u011fum sonras\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunan n\u00fcfus m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bebe\u011fin kay\u0131t i\u015flemi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015fvuru dilek\u00e7esi dikkatli bir \u015fekilde doldurulmal\u0131 ve imzalanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dilek\u00e7e haz\u0131rland\u0131ktan sonra ba\u015fvurular Aile, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal Hizmetler \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri veya Sosyal Hizmet Merkezlerine \u015fahsen, iadeli taahh\u00fctl\u00fc posta ya da kargo ile yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan istihdam edilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kendi kurumlar\u0131na ba\u015fvuruda bulunur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015famakta olan ki\u015filer ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ilik ve konsolosluklara yapar. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bulunmalar\u0131 durumunda ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 herhangi bir Sosyal Hizmet Merkezine ya da Aile \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal Hizmetler \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ba\u015fvurular do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 sistemine (DYS) i\u015flendi\u011fi aydan sonraki ay i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ekilebilir. Bunun i\u00e7in hak sahiplerinin kimlikleri ile PTT \u015fubelerine ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131nda s\u00fcre s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 var m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili olarak herhangi bir ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresi, son ba\u015fvuru tarihi ya da s\u00fcre s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. \u0130lgili mevzuatta konuya ili\u015fkin bir d\u00fczenlemeye yer verilmemi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2024 do\u011fum paras\u0131 ne kadard\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2024 do\u011fum paras\u0131 \u00e7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterir. Buna g\u00f6re birinci \u00e7ocuk i\u00e7in 300 TL yard\u0131m yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130kinci \u00e7ocu\u011fa 400 TL, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ve sonraki \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in ise 600 TL maddi destekte bulunulur. Bu nakdi yard\u0131mlar bir defaya mahsustur ve yaln\u0131zca canl\u0131 do\u011fumlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir. Kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131nda bu durum farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir. \u0130\u015f akdi uyar\u0131nca kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na kurumdan ald\u0131klar\u0131 yard\u0131m ile do\u011fum paras\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki fark \u00f6denir. Kurumdan al\u0131nan destek daha fazlaysa do\u011fum paras\u0131 \u00f6demesi yap\u0131lmaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 her ay \u00f6denir mi?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 her ay d\u00fczenli olarak \u00f6denen bir maddi destek de\u011fildir. Yaln\u0131zca bir defaya mahsus olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara sunulur. Bunun i\u00e7in se 15.05.2015 tarihi sonras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen\/ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek olan do\u011fumlar baz al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6 ay s\u00fct paras\u0131 nas\u0131l al\u0131n\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emzirme \u00f6dene\u011fi olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan s\u00fct paras\u0131, do\u011fum yapan sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana verilir. Sigortal\u0131 olmayan e\u015finin do\u011fum yapmas\u0131 durumunda sigortal\u0131 erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana da emzirme \u00f6demesi yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bununla birlikte hizmet akdiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filere, kendi i\u015fini yaparak gelir ya da ayl\u0131k alan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara; gelir\/ayl\u0131k alan erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n sigortas\u0131 bulunmayan e\u015fine de s\u00fct paras\u0131 verilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emzirme paras\u0131 yaln\u0131zca 4\/a ve 4\/b\u2019li sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara verilir. Kamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131 ki\u015filere 657 say\u0131l\u0131 devlet memurlar\u0131 kanunu uyar\u0131nca s\u00fct paras\u0131 verilmez, kendi kurumlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131r<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>S\u00fct ve emzirme paras\u0131 nas\u0131l al\u0131n\u0131r, ko\u015fullar\u0131 nelerdir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131na ya da sigortas\u0131 bulunmayan e\u015finin do\u011fum yapmas\u0131 durumundan sigortal\u0131 erke\u011fe emzirme paras\u0131n\u0131n verilebilmesi i\u00e7in baz\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekir. Genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere her t\u00fcrl\u00fc rpim bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6denmi\u015f olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emzirme \u00f6dene\u011fi almaya hak kazanan sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan sigortal\u0131l\u0131k durumu sona erenlerin ilgili tarihten ba\u015flamak \u00fczere 300 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde bebekleri d\u00fcnyaya gelirse emzirme \u00f6dene\u011finden yararlanabilir. Emzirme \u00f6dene\u011finden faydalanabilmek i\u00e7in do\u011fumlar\u0131n canl\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekir. \u00d6denek ilgili do\u011fum tarihinde ge\u00e7erli olan ve bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan \u00fccret dahilinde yap\u0131l\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla belirlenen emzirme \u00f6dene\u011fi 857.00 TL olarak tespit edilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6dene\u011fin hakk\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten ba\u015flamak \u00fczere 5 sene i\u00e7erisinde talep edilmesi gerekir. Aksi halde sigortal\u0131 ki\u015filerin hakk\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emzirme \u00f6dene\u011fi hakk\u0131 kazanan sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n emzirme \u00f6deneklerini alabilmeleri i\u00e7in ilgili kuruma talep dilek\u00e7esi sunmas\u0131 ko\u015fulu art\u0131k s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. \u00d6denek, sistem \u00fczerinden g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenen emzirme \u00f6dene\u011fi raporuna g\u00f6re otomatik \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Asgari \u00fccret ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan anne ne kadar do\u011fum paras\u0131 al\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fum paras\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rken sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n o s\u0131rada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta oldu\u011fu i\u015f yerinden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 br\u00fct maa\u015f g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulur. Bu noktada en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccret asgari \u00fccretin br\u00fct\u00fcd\u00fcr. 1 Ocak itibar\u0131yla ge\u00e7erli olan br\u00fct asgari maa\u015f 20.002 TL\u2019dir. Buna g\u00f6re asgari \u00fccret ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131 ki\u015finin, do\u011fumdan sonra 112 g\u00fcn \u00fczerinden alaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fccret 49 bin 783 TL olarak hesaplan\u0131r. Do\u011fum paras\u0131 i\u00e7in sigortal\u0131 anne ad\u0131na Ziraat Bankas\u0131\u2019ndan bir hesap a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Do\u011fum izninin bitiminden hemen sonra \u00f6denek hesaba yans\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n do\u011fum paras\u0131ndan faydalanabilmesi i\u00e7in do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki bir sene i\u00e7erisinde minimum 90 g\u00fcnl\u00fck sigorta priminin k\u0131sa vadeli olarak yat\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir. Do\u011fum izni ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurumdan ayr\u0131lan ki\u015filer bu haktan yararlanamaz. \u00d6denek i\u00e7in sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015f yerindeki sigortal\u0131l\u0131k durumunun devam ediyor olmas\u0131 gerekir. Rapor s\u00fcresi boyunca yani 112 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f yerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131yor olmas\u0131 beklenir. \u0130\u015flemlerin usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilmesi i\u00e7in sigortal\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n hekiminden temin edece\u011fi raporu i\u015f yerine sunmas\u0131 zorunludur. Raporun teslim edilmesinden sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u015f yeri taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kre\u015f ve \u00e7ocuk yard\u0131m\u0131 nedir, nas\u0131l al\u0131n\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devletin gebelik ve do\u011fum s\u00fcrecinde sigortal\u0131 kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara y\u00f6nelik sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yard\u0131mlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra do\u011fumdan sonra sundu\u011fu destekler de s\u00f6z konusudur.
