Yaln\u0131zca T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de\u011fil, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00fclkesinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren ve buralarda temsil edilen firma \u00e7izgisinde bir yap\u0131lanma s\u00f6z konusu. D\u00fcnya markas\u0131 olma yolunda ilerleyen bir firma olarak yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda temsilcilik ve ma\u011fazalar ile var oldu\u011fumuz \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00fclkede operasyonel ekiplerimiz var. Bunun gere\u011fi olarak da \u00fcretimden, tasar\u0131ma, sat\u0131\u015fa, pazarlamaya, reklama kadar t\u00fcm departmanlar\u0131m\u0131z uluslararas\u0131 boyutta i\u015f yapabilecek \u015fekilde konumland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\"><br \/>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131 olarak \u015fu anda ne gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131yorsunuz? <\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\">\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 olarak 2005 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda performans y\u00f6netiminde, &#8220;Balanced Scorecard&#8221; metodunu uygulamaya ald\u0131k. Bu uygulama i\u00e7in 2004 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u00d6ncelikle, birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131n da yard\u0131m\u0131yla \u015firketimizin 2005 y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin hedefleri ve stratejileri belirlendi. T\u00fcm birimler hedeflerini ortaya koydu. Daha sonra \u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir otelde hafta sonu bir araya geldik. Burada ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz toplant\u0131 ile t\u00fcm y\u00f6neticilerimizin hedef kartlar\u0131n\u0131 birbirleriyle payla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\">Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z grup \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile g\u00fczel bir tart\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturarak hedeflerimizi son haline getirdik. Yine ocak ay\u0131n\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplant\u0131da her b\u00f6l\u00fcm y\u00f6neticisi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir t\u00f6ren e\u015fli\u011finde hedef kartlar\u0131n\u0131 genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz ile kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 imzalayarak teslim ald\u0131.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\">Bu a\u015famadan sonra, her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n kartlar\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor ve bu ama\u00e7la Balanced Scorecard e\u011fitimleri veriyoruz. \u0130lk toplant\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 benzer \u015fekilde hafta sonu bir otelde Perakendecilik birimimizle yapt\u0131k. Hedefimiz 2005 y\u0131l\u0131 performans de\u011ferlendirme sistemimizi hedef kartlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi \u00fczerine in\u015fa etmek. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\">Daha \u00f6nce de bahsetti\u011fimiz gibi kalite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Golda\u015f&#8217;\u0131n \u015firket vizyonunda t\u00fcm birimlerde kalite standartlar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip. Bu kapsamda, 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ISO 9002 sertifikas\u0131 alarak kuyumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ilk ve tek kalite belgesine sahip olan Golda\u015f \u00e7\u0131tay\u0131 daha da y\u00fckse\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yarak ISO 9001:2000 Kalite G\u00fcvence Sistem Sertifikas\u0131 da alm\u0131\u015f durumda.
