T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin son 2 y\u0131lda ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu b\u00fcy\u00fcme, in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne \u00f6zellikle bizim uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131m\u0131za yans\u0131mad\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca 2005 b\u00fct\u00e7esinde, 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi bu tip yat\u0131r\u0131m projelerine ayr\u0131lan \u00f6denek k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r. Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar adeta durma noktas\u0131na geldi. \u00dcst yap\u0131 konut projelerinde ya\u015fanan baz\u0131 geli\u015fmeler sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcme oran\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tm\u0131yor.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'\">\u015eirketinizin sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7indeki konumu nedir?<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'\">\u015eirketimiz sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc konumunda olup hem d\u00fcnyadaki teknolojik geli\u015fmeleri yak\u0131ndan takip etmekte hem kendi teknolojisini geli\u015ftirmektedir. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye&rsquo;deki en \u00e7ok projeyi Sistem Yap\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu say\u0131 200&#8217;e yak\u0131nd\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Sistem Yap\u0131, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki b\u00fcy\u00fck projelerin, prestijli projelerin de en fazlas\u0131na imza atan \u015firkettir. Ayn\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da g\u00f6stermek amac\u0131yla 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 projeler i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f, 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da ihaleler kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaten vizyonumuz da budur.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'\"><br \/><strong>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli sorunu sizce nedir?<\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'\">Yeterli finansman\u0131n ayr\u0131lamamas\u0131; yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00e7ok yava\u015f uygulamaya konmas\u0131na neden olmakta, bu da pazardaki hareketi daraltmaktad\u0131r. Bu bilinen soruna ek olarak k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 say\u0131daki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar i\u00e7in bu konuda yeterli teknik bilgi ve uygulama tecr\u00fcbesine sahip olan olmayan pek \u00e7ok y\u00fcklenicinin istekli olmas\u0131 da haks\u0131z rekabet sorununu do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. Yeni \u0130hale Kanunu da bu soruna hen\u00fcz bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirememi\u015ftir. Bu konuda kanundaki en ufak a\u00e7\u0131klar de\u011ferlendirilerek neredeyse g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u015firketler kurulmakta ve bu \u015fekilde ihalelere kat\u0131lan firmalara rastlanmaktad\u0131r.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'\">\u0130\u015fveren idarelerin, \u015firketleri de\u011ferlendirme konusunda, kanun nedeni ile elleri ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmakta, \u00f6zel kesim ise bu t\u00fcr yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 kanuni zorunluluk nedeni ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, olabilecek en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyet ile i\u015fi halletme d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinde oldu\u011fundan, yukar\u0131da bahsedilen haks\u0131z rekabet desteklenmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Kamu ihalelerinde kanunun yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuzluklar\u0131n biran \u00f6nce giderilmesi gerekmektedir. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, elbette \u00e7evre bilincinin \u00fclkemizde \u00f6z\u00fcmsenmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r ama bunun bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse hangi miktarda olursa olsun bir tak\u0131m kaynaklar harcanarak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f veya yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n i\u015fe yarar yat\u0131r\u0131mlar olmalar\u0131, hem yat\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde hem de i\u015fletme s\u00fcrecinde iyi bir denetimle sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Do\u011fru teknolojiler kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olan tesisler i\u015fletme d\u00f6neminde bir tak\u0131m \u00f6nlemler ile te\u015fvik edilmelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin amac\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren tesislerin enerji giderlerinde indirim sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gibi \u00f6nlemler, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131 do\u011fru teknolojiyi se\u00e7me uygulama konusunda te\u015fvik edecektir. \u00d6zet olarak bir taraftan uluslararas\u0131 teknolojiye e\u015f kalitede tesisler yapmay\u0131 ama\u00e7 edinen \u015firketlerimiz ile di\u011ferleri aras\u0131nda ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n bir \u015fekilde fark\u0131na var\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'\"><br \/><strong>\u015eirketinizde ka\u00e7 ki\u015fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor?<\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'\">\u015eirketimizde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personel say\u0131s\u0131 184&rsquo;t\u00fcr. Projenin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re bu say\u0131 100 ile 350 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u015eirketinizin organizasyon yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 anlatabilir misiniz?
