Toplam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 1300 olan B\u0130L\u0130M \u0130la\u00e7, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 11 b\u00f6lgede, 6 farkl\u0131 ekip ve 700 saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ile pazarlama ve sat\u0131\u015f faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor ve yurti\u00e7ine oldu\u011fu gibi 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihracata ba\u015flayarak yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle de \u00fclke ekonomisinde katma de\u011fer yarat\u0131yor.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 3.75pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\"><strong><br \/>\u0130\u015f M\u00fckemmelli\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z nas\u0131l ba\u015flad\u0131?<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 3.75pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\">Kalite Y\u00f6netimine ili\u015fkin sistematik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda &#8220;Stratejik Planlama&#8221; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131 ve \u00f6ncelikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla misyon, vizyon ve de\u011ferlerimiz belirlendi. Bu asl\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 standartlara sahip ulusal firma olmak amac\u0131yla uygulamaya al\u0131nan bir de\u011fi\u015fim projesiydi ve bu projeyi hayata ge\u00e7irebilmek ve yeniden yap\u0131lanma s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatmak i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n deste\u011fini almak ve de\u011fi\u015fimin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 yapmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemliydi. S\u00fcre\u00e7 bazl\u0131 y\u00f6netim sistemine ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u015fin en zor ve zaman al\u0131c\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015ftururken bu yolculukta, &#8220;\u00d6z de\u011ferlendirme&#8221;yi \u00e7ok de\u011ferli bir y\u00f6netim performans\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme arac\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rerek kurulu\u015fta t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve sistemleri en ince detay\u0131na kadar g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irerek, d\u00fczeltici faaliyetlerin \u00e7ok k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde iyile\u015ftirilmesini hedefledik. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan iyile\u015ftirmeler ile sistematik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, t\u00fcm \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ile \u00e7e\u015fitli bilgilendirme ortamlar\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131larak kat\u0131l\u0131m ve katk\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve yenilik\u00e7i d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini ortaya koyaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6neri sistemleri ve \u00e7e\u015fitli motivasyon ara\u00e7lar\u0131 devreye al\u0131nd\u0131. \u00d6zellikle 1998 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren uygulanan yeniden yap\u0131lanma projeleriyle Toplam Kalite felsefesinin temellerini atan Bilim \u0130la\u00e7 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulamaya ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 EFQM m\u00fckemmellik modeli \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonunda uygulamaya ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir\u00e7ok sistem ile \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle entegre etti.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 3.75pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: black\"><br \/><strong>2004 y\u0131l\u0131 KALDER Kalite \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc Yetkinlik Belgesi&#8217;ni ald\u0131n\u0131z.
