B\u00f6ylece, Aycell aboneleri Aycell hizmetlerini mevcut Aria \u015febekesi \u00fczerinden ve Aria aboneleri de Aria hizmetlerini mevcut Aycell \u015febekesi \u00fczerinden alabiliyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ki \u015febekenin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle tek bir \u015febekede entegrasyonu s\u00fcrecinin ikinci a\u015famas\u0131nda ise optimizasyon s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ildi. Ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lge i\u00e7inde yer alan baz istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 yerlerde yeniden konumland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yoluyla entegrasyonun tam anlam\u0131yla ve ba\u015far\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi ilk b\u00f6lge \u0130zmir oldu. \u0130zmir&#8217;den sonra Nisan ay\u0131n\u0131n ilk haftas\u0131nda entegrasyon ve yeniden konumland\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Mu\u011fla ve Antalya&#8217;da da tamamlanacak.<\/p>\n<p>Abonelerin memnuniyeti \u00f6n planda tutularak yap\u0131lan planlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda tam entegrasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye \u00e7ap\u0131nda b\u00f6lge b\u00f6lge s\u00fcratle tamamlanacak ve aboneler bu sayede tek bir \u015febeke alt\u0131nda daha geni\u015f bir toplam kapsama alan\u0131ndan faydalanacaklar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Birle\u015fme hi\u00e7 kay\u0131p vermeden ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Y\u00f6netimi Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Uygar B\u00f6ke, birle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 anlat\u0131yor&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Birle\u015fmeden \u00f6nce ne gibi haz\u0131rl\u0131klar yap\u0131ld\u0131? \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar bu duruma nas\u0131l haz\u0131rland\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birle\u015fme \u00f6ncesinde, Aria ve Aycell&#8217;in var olan organizasyon yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, bu da\u011f\u0131l\u0131ma g\u00f6re birimlerin ve b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015f derecelerini, \u015firket i\u00e7i sistem ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 yapmak \u00fczere &#8220;\u0130nceleme ve De\u011ferlendirme Proje Ekibi&#8221; olu\u015fturuldu.. Bu ekip, Ankara ve \u0130stanbul&#8217;da yer alan genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck binalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 ziyaretlerde bulunarak \u00f6n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlad\u0131. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada temel olarak ele al\u0131nan konular, \u015firketlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc t\u00fcm faaliyetlerin ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sistemlerinin incelenmesiydi. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131, yeni \u015firketin \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda devam eden i\u015flerde hi\u00e7bir aksamaya neden olmadan birle\u015fmenin en etkin \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve incelemeler sonucunda haz\u0131rlanan raporlar, y\u00f6neticilerimizle birlikte aksiyon planlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n geli\u015fmelerle ilgili bilgilendirilmesinde ve iki \u015firketin birle\u015fmesinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 en az d\u00fczeyde etkileyecek \u015fekilde hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinde yol g\u00f6sterici oldu. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, her iki \u015firketin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olduklar\u0131 yanlar\u0131n\u0131n yeni \u015firketimiz TT&amp;T\u0130M&#8217;de hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi hedeflendi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 etkileyecek de\u011fi\u015fimler ya\u015fand\u0131 m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada \u015firket birle\u015fmeleriyle ilgili \u00f6rneklere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, bu s\u00fcrecin varolan \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in zorlu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7erdi\u011fini g\u00f6rebiliriz. Aycell- Aria birle\u015fmesinin; bir taraf\u0131n di\u011ferini sat\u0131nalmas\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6zkonusu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecek olursak, bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi ve \u00e7ap\u0131 itibariyle \u00fclkemizdeki ilk \u00f6rnek oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Bununla birlikte, bu tip birle\u015fmelerde ya\u015fanan\u0131n aksine, bu birle\u015fme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in dezavantaj de\u011fil daha \u00e7ok avantajlar sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikle Aycell-Aria birle\u015fmesinde her iki organizasyonun, bir kay\u0131p vermeksizin TT&amp;T\u0130M \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir olgudur.<br \/>\nBirle\u015fmeden sonra, yeni \u015firketimiz TT&amp;T\u0130M&#8217;in organizasyon yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek \u00fczere yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in yeni kariyer ve geli\u015fme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fmas\u0131na sebep olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131, kariyer hedeflerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, farkl\u0131 gruplarda ve yeni pozisyonlarda de\u011ferlendirilebildi. Birle\u015fme \u00f6ncesi iki \u015firketin genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck binalar\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 illerde bulunmas\u0131 ve birle\u015fme sonras\u0131nda TT&amp;T\u0130M genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck binas\u0131n\u0131n \u0130stanbul&#8217;da bulunmas\u0131na karar verilmesi nedeniyle, Ankara&#8217;da g\u00f6rev yapmakta olan \u015eirket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun \u0130stanbul&#8217;a ta\u015f\u0131nma gereklili\u011fi do\u011fdu. Bu durum baz\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir dezavantaj olu\u015fturmakla birlikte, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te sa\u011flanan destekle, dezavantaj en aza indirgendi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Birle\u015fmeden sonra \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131 olarak \u015firketteki rol\u00fcn\u00fcz de\u011fi\u015fti mi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Grubu alt\u0131nda birle\u015fme sonras\u0131nda 36 ki\u015fi ile hizmet veriyoruz. Birle\u015fme sonras\u0131nda, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Grubu&#8217;nun \u00f6nemi, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve yeni y\u00f6netimimiz aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revini olu\u015fturan stratejik rol\u00fcyle daha da art\u0131l\u0131ld\u0131.
