Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in de bazen d\u0131\u015f kaynak deste\u011fi al\u0131yoruz. Hem \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini olu\u015fturmak, hem de e\u011fitim uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in Baransel Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k&#8217;tan Dr. \u015eenay Baransel ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><br \/>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131 ne oldu?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za, kurumumuzun \u00f6ncelikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan profilini tan\u0131mlamakla ba\u015flad\u0131k.
