Krizin kendisine koydu\u011fu hedef ve vizyonlar\u0131ndan geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcrmesine izin vermemektedir. Bu do\u011frultuda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn a\u011f\u0131r yara ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz kriz ko\u015fullar\u0131nda dahi, yapmakta oldu\u011fu gelece\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131m, proje ve at\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131na aral\u0131ks\u0131z devam etmektedir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">Ekonomik krizler bir \u00fclke i\u00e7in olumsuzdur ama bunu olumluya \u00e7evirmek de zor de\u011fildir. Planlama, y\u00f6netim, pozitif enerji ve motivasyon ile a\u015f\u0131lamayacak kriz yoktur. \u00d6nemli olan herkesin buna haz\u0131r olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kendini do\u011frulayan kehanet yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yerine, durumu ciddiye alan pozitif yakla\u015f\u0131m sayesinde ilerleme, b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fme i\u00e7in her \u015fey m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn bu ya\u015fanan durumdan etkilendi\u011fi bir ger\u00e7ek. Ancak gereken ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131 sayesinde hem sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz, hem de \u00fclkemizin ileriye daha g\u00fcvenle bakmas\u0131 muhtemeldir. Kriz sonsuza dek s\u00fcrmeyecek, ve her an kriz beklentisi i\u00e7inde ya\u015famak da ayr\u0131 bir kriz yaratmaktad\u0131r. Kurumlara sundu\u011fu \u00f6zel ve yeni \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere ek olarak \u00f6nem verdi\u011fi hizmet kalitesi ve m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti ile bu krizden b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 hedefleyen \u0130nsanbilim bunu da ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">E\u011fitimler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve i\u00e7erikleri ile t\u00fcm m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin ihtiyac\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sunan \u0130nsanbilim, art\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fil, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin \u00f6nem kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 uygulamalara imza atmaktad\u0131r. Kuruma \u00f6zel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sunan ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcreterek e\u011fitim \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerle de verimlili\u011fin tespitini yaparak &#8220;kuruma \u00f6zel e\u011fitim&#8221; ler veren \u0130nsanbilim, &#8220;ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimle kurumsal kaliteye&#8230;&#8221; slogan\u0131 ile her zaman bu alanda lider olacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn gelece\u011fi konusunda olumsuz de\u011filim. Bug\u00fcne kadar \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fc geli\u015fimi hep yabanc\u0131 odakl\u0131 ve Akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Bu toplant\u0131lar proje toplant\u0131lar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131lar olup, oldu\u011fu gibi geli\u015fimimiz i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir. Buradaki moderat\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz her seferinde de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermekte ve moderat\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi olu\u015fturup, s\u00fcreci takip etmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">Bu e\u011fitimlerin bizim i\u00e7in her anlamda yararl\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bunun faydalar\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bu sayede projelerde ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma zamanlar\u0131nda birbirimizi daha iyi anl\u0131yor ve kurumsal olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131 yakal\u0131yoruz. Bu toplant\u0131lar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla topyek\u00fcn ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l sa\u011fl\u0131yorsunuz? Bu sayede y\u00f6netime verdikleri \u00f6neriler ve beklentiler dikkate al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.
