Yeni y\u0131la do\u011fru geriye saymaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu g\u00fcnlerde, o \u00e7ok \u00f6zel gecede ne giyece\u011fimize ve nereye gidece\u011fimize karar vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, bir yandan da kurban bayram\u0131nda uzun tatilde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme trendimize destek olacak bir tatil planlamak hepimizin ortak \u00e7abas\u0131. Bayramda da y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 gecesinde de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek i\u00e7in k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir tak\u0131m ayarlamalar yapmam\u0131z yeterli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurban bayram\u0131nda neler yapmal\u0131?<\/strong><br \/>\nBayram sabah\u0131 g\u00fcne 2 bardak su ve hafif bir kahvalt\u0131 ile ba\u015flay\u0131n. Bayramda namaza gidenler veya kurban kesme tela\u015f\u0131 olanlar kahvalt\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc atlayabilirler. Bu durumda metabolizmam\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in evden \u00e7\u0131kmadan \u00f6nce bir bardak s\u00fct i\u00e7ebilir veya k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir avu\u00e7 f\u0131nd\u0131k, badem veya ceviz at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rabilirsiniz.<br \/>\nAz ve s\u0131k beslenmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin. E\u011fer mide ve tansiyon sorununuz yok ise g\u00fcnde 1\u20132 \u015fi\u015fe do\u011fal maden suyu da i\u00e7ebilirsiniz.<br \/>\nAna \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerde taba\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 salata ve sebze yemekleri ile doldurun.
