Bilim ve bilgi teknolojileri alan\u0131nda ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmelerle sahip oldu\u011fumuz bilgiyi inan\u0131lmaz bir h\u0131zla artt\u0131r\u0131yoruz. 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda California \u00dcniversitesi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan bir a\u00e7\u0131klamada, 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk 3 y\u0131l\u0131nda insano\u011flunun 300 bin y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihi boyunca \u00fcretilen bilgiden daha fazla bilgi saklanaca\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ediliyordu. Mart 2008 tarihli Harvard Business Review\u2019da \u00e7\u0131kan makalelerinde yazarlar Peter Skarzynski ve Rowan Gibson ise art\u0131k Bilgi \u00c7a\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sonland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n \u2018Sorular\u0131n \u00c7a\u011f\u0131\u2019 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlard\u0131. <strong>Do\u011fru zamanda do\u011fru sorular\u0131 sormak <\/strong> Geli\u015fen bilgi teknolojileri ile birlikte sahip oldu\u011fumuz bilgi de art\u0131yor. Art\u0131k firmalar i\u00e7in, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015f hakk\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri t\u00fcm i\u015flemleri en ince ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na kadar saklayabilecek sistemleri ve veritabanlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftiriyoruz. Firmalar bilgi giri\u015fi i\u00e7in gerekli endirek i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayabildikleri ya da gerekli otomasyon yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapabildikleri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck detaya kadar bilgi depolayabiliyorlar. Bilgiye ula\u015fmak kolayla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a, bilgi sahibi olmak de\u011fil, elinizdeki bilgiyi rekabette \u00f6ne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in nas\u0131l kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00f6nemli hale geliyor. Soraca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z her sorunun cevab\u0131 oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, rekabette \u00f6ne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in do\u011fru sorular\u0131 sormak \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor. Do\u011fru sorular, yeni katma de\u011ferler ve rekabette avantajlar sa\u011flayabiliyor. <strong>Veritaban\u0131 olu\u015fturmak\u00a0 <\/strong> Giderek artan rekabette \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kabilmek i\u00e7in son d\u00f6nemde kullan\u0131lan en yayg\u0131n y\u00f6ntem, beklentileri kar\u015f\u0131lanmam\u0131\u015f m\u00fc\u015fteri segmenti bulabilmek ve bu segmente uygun \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetler sunmak. B\u00f6yle bir segment bulabilmek i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fteri adaylar\u0131n\u0131z ile ilgili bilginizi artt\u0131rman\u0131z gerekiyor. Mevcut ya da potansiyel m\u00fc\u015fterileriniz hakk\u0131nda bilgileri toparlayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir veritaban\u0131 yaratarak i\u015fe ba\u015flamak gerekiyor. Bu veritaban\u0131n\u0131 kendiniz olu\u015fturmakta zorlan\u0131rsan\u0131z, hedef kitlenize hitap eden ama direk rakip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z firmalardan bu deste\u011fi belli bir \u00fccret kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 alman\u0131n yolunu ara\u015ft\u0131rabilirsiniz. Verinin hepsini vermeseler de, sizin istedi\u011finiz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00f6zet olarak verebilirler. En b\u00fcy\u00fck veritaban\u0131na sahip olan telekom\u00fcnikasyon \u015firketleri, bankalar ve sigortalar, meslek dernekleri, sekt\u00f6rel dergi yay\u0131nc\u0131lar\u0131\u00a0 belli durumlarda veritabanlar\u0131ndan faydalan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabiliyorlar. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda firmalar aralar\u0131nda anla\u015fma yaparak veritabanlar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015facaklar. \u00d6rne\u011fin biberon temizli\u011fi i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 bir aparat geli\u015ftiren bir \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r makinesi \u00fcreticisi firma, do\u011fal olarak\u00a0 bu aparata ilgi duyabilecek mevcut ve potansiyel m\u00fc\u015fteriler olarak yeni bebek sahibi aileleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecek.\u00a0 Anla\u015fma yapaca\u011f\u0131\u00a0 hastanelerin yeni do\u011fan \u00fcnitelerine her yeni bebek kay\u0131t oldu\u011funda, kendi veritabanlar\u0131nda da bir kay\u0131t d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesini isteyecek ve ilgili aileye ula\u015farak \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini tan\u0131tabilecek. <strong>Biriken bilgiyi sorgulamak <\/strong> Olu\u015fan veritaban\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru sorular ile sorgulamak, \u015firketlere daha karl\u0131 olmalar\u0131 yolunda yeni ufuklar a\u00e7abilecek. \u00d6rne\u011fin bir bireysel emeklilik sigortas\u0131 \u015firketi, \u00fcyeleri hakk\u0131nda edindi\u011fi bilgileri devaml\u0131 sorgulayarak, hem sistemden ayr\u0131lma sinyali veren \u00fcyelerini \u00f6nceden tahmin etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, hem de mevcut m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin primlerini artt\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Sistemden ayr\u0131lacak \u00fcyeleri tahmin etmek i\u00e7in, son bir senede ayr\u0131lan \u00fcyelerin ortak \u00f6zellikleri bulunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00c7o\u011funda \u00fcyelerin \u00fcst \u00fcste \u00f6deme sorunlar\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zleniyor. Bu bilgiye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, son 3 ayda \u00f6deme sorunu ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f\u00a0 \u00fcyelere y\u00f6nelik kampanya olu\u015fturuluyor. Bu \u00fcyelere mevcut faizlerin alt\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 kredisi \u00f6nerilerek veya mevcut s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fana kadar kar amac\u0131 g\u00fcd\u00fclmeyen ihtiya\u00e7 kredisi sunularak, sistemden \u00e7\u0131kmalar \u00f6nlenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00fcyelerin bur\u00e7lar\u0131 ile \u00fcyelik profilleri aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131lar da ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin veritaban\u0131nda risk almaktan ho\u015flanmayan, sa\u011flamc\u0131 \u00f6zellikleri oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen\u00a0 bur\u00e7lara sahip \u00fcyelere, ya\u015flar\u0131 ilerledik\u00e7e gelecek kayg\u0131s\u0131ndan bahseden kampanyalar d\u00fczenleniyor. Belli oranda prim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda daha fazla kapsam\u0131 olan sigorta ge\u00e7i\u015fleri \u00f6nerilebiliyor. Bu konuda en ilgin\u00e7 \u00f6rneklerden biri de de\u011fi\u015fken fiyatlama ile maksimum karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 elde etme \u00e7abalar\u0131. Satt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetle ilgilen t\u00fcm ki\u015fi ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 g\u00f6rebilece\u011finiz ve bu m\u00fc\u015fteri adaylar\u0131n\u0131n belli \u00f6zelliklerini sorgulayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z uygulamalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. \u00d6rne\u011fin, o anda ma\u011fazada bulunan m\u00fc\u015fterileri alg\u0131layabilecek ve bu m\u00fc\u015fterilerin ne kadar\u0131 eski m\u00fc\u015fteri oldu\u011fu, eski al\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erikleri,\u00a0 \u015fimdiye kadar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikler al\u0131mlar ile ne kadar kar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f oldu\u011fu hemen g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek. E\u011fer yo\u011funluk yeni m\u00fc\u015fterilerde ise fiyatlar otomatik olarak biraz daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclecek, b\u00f6ylece yeni m\u00fc\u015fteri kazanmak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok cazip teklif sunulmu\u015f olabilecek. <strong>Ba\u015far\u0131lar da sorgulanacak<\/strong> Veritabanlar\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131 ve kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgi artt\u0131k\u00e7a, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n form\u00fcl\u00fc de daha kolay anla\u015f\u0131lacak. Bir i\u00e7 \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r \u00fcreticisi m\u00fc\u015fterimiz, y\u0131llardan\u00a0 beri en \u00e7ok satan modellerinin s\u0131rr\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmekte \u00e7ok zorlan\u0131yordu. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerimize yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m sonucunda sadece kendisinin bayilere sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, kendi bayi ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z d\u00fckkanlar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 da veritaban\u0131nda g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli son t\u00fcketici veritaban\u0131 \u00fczerinden, en \u00e7ok sat\u0131lan ama en karl\u0131 olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kimlerin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorgulad\u0131. Ald\u0131klar\u0131 cevap \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7ti. Genelde Anadolu\u2019nun k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck il\u00e7elerinde sat\u0131l\u0131yordu bu \u00fcr\u00fcn. Veritaban\u0131n\u0131 biraz daha sorgulay\u0131nca, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bayanlara y\u00f6nelik olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, erkekler taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 farkettiler. Ve birka\u00e7 m\u00fc\u015fterileri ile konu\u015ftuklar\u0131nda, ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131rr\u0131n\u0131 ke\u015ffettiler. Uzak k\u00f6y ve bucaklarda ya\u015fayan bayanlar, il ve il\u00e7elere her zaman inemedikleri i\u00e7in, e\u015flerine sipari\u015f veriyorlard\u0131. Ve \u00fcstlerine deneyip karar verme imkanlar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, bir sorun ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in\u00a0 hep en son kulland\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r\u0131n model numaras\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlard\u0131. B\u00f6ylece y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde, sipari\u015finde en az problem ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131lan eski model, en \u00e7ok satan model olmu\u015ftu. Firma bunu ke\u015ffettikten sonra Anadolu\u2019nun il\u00e7elerinde bu model \u00fcr\u00fcn alanlara bilgilendirme bro\u015f\u00fcr\u00fc vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Ald\u0131klar\u0131 model ile birebir ayn\u0131 kal\u0131ptan \u00e7\u0131kan modeller tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131 ve herhangi bir \u015fekilde beden uyumsuzlu\u011fu olursa geri alma garantisi verildi. B\u00f6ylece bu m\u00fc\u015fterilerin daha yeni ve karl\u0131 modelleri de tercih etmeleri te\u015fvik edildi. Sahip olunan veritabanlar\u0131 ba\u015fka ama\u00e7lar i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131labilir Firmalar sahip olduklar\u0131 veritaban\u0131ndan sadece kendileri i\u00e7in de\u011fil ba\u015fka firmalar i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli veriler \u00e7\u0131kartabilir. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir holdinge ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve 22 ayr\u0131 sekt\u00f6re ambalaj \u00fcr\u00fcnleri satan bir firma, CRM yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mla beraber sadece faturalanan sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 de\u011fil, kendilerine gelen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc teklif talebini veritabanlar\u0131nda tutmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. CRM kulland\u0131k\u00e7a biriken teklifler ile, esas\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin ileriki d\u00f6nemlerdeki \u00fcretim hedeflerini beyan ettiklerini anlad\u0131lar. Veritaban\u0131nda istenen toplam teklif miktar\u0131 ile o sekt\u00f6rlerin orta vadeli \u00fcretim hedeflerini elde ettiklerini g\u00f6rd\u00fcler. Ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunduklar\u0131 holding, bu\u00a0 bilginin ekonomistler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan tahminlerden daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc. Holdingin orta vadeli planlar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken, real sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00fcretim kapasitesini art\u0131r\u0131p art\u0131rmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, CRM sisteminden al\u0131nan raporlar ile tahmin etmeye karar verdiler. <strong>Do\u011fru sorularla paran\u0131z\u0131 daha do\u011fru harcay\u0131n<\/strong> Do\u011fru sorular\u0131 sormak, elinizdeki veritaban\u0131n\u0131n kalitesi artt\u0131k\u00e7a paran\u0131z\u0131 do\u011fru yere harcaman\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. Bayileri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini satan bir m\u00fc\u015fterimiz, kurulan ERP sistemi ile muhasebe kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011funu ve derinli\u011fini artt\u0131rd\u0131. Bu sayede eskiden bayi pazarlama harcamas\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen toplam bir mebla\u011f\u0131, hangi bayinin hangi pazarlama aktivitesi detay\u0131nda sorgulamay\u0131\u00a0 ba\u015farabildi. Bu detayda tutulan bayi maliyetleri kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, o bayiden elde edilen kar sorguland\u0131. Sorulan soru \u00e7ok basitti. \u201cHangi bayimden ne kadar kar elde ediyorum, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ne kadar pazarlama harcamas\u0131 yap\u0131yorum?\u201d.
