Volkswagen Financial Services A.G.\u2019nin uluslararas\u0131 bilgi donan\u0131m\u0131 ve Do\u011fu\u015f Grubu\u2019nun otomotiv ve finans sekt\u00f6rlerindeki deneyimlerinin birle\u015fimi ile vdf, t\u00fcketicilerine yeni ve farkl\u0131 finansal se\u00e7enekler sunuyor. Bir holding \u015firketi olarak yap\u0131lanan vdf\u2019nin b\u00fcnyesinde, 2009 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle \u00fc\u00e7 \u015firket bulunuyor: Volkswagen Do\u011fu\u015f T\u00fcketici Finansman\u0131 A\u015e, vdf Sigorta Arac\u0131l\u0131k Hizmetleri A\u015e ve vdf Faktoring Hizmetleri A\u015e. 10 senelik ge\u00e7mi\u015finde \u00f6nemli \u0130K projelerine de imza atan vdf\u2018nin \u0130K ve Organizasyon M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ebru Pilav yeni projeleri \u201cStratejiden Performansa\u201d ile ilgili merak edilenleri anlatt\u0131.<\/div>\n<div><strong>\u201cStratejiden Performansa\u201d program\u0131 fikri nas\u0131l ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131?<\/strong><br \/>\nvdf Grubu olarak, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda 10. y\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kutlayaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu 10 y\u0131la bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda hep ba\u015far\u0131lar ve \u00f6nc\u00fc uygulamalar ile i\u015fkollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fck. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda da istedi\u011fimiz sonu\u00e7lara ula\u015fmak, hedeflerimizi belirlemek ve yol haritam\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izmek ad\u0131na planlar\u0131m\u0131za tekrar bakt\u0131k, yetkinliklerimizi de\u011ferlendirdik ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lere katman\u0131n alternatif yollar\u0131n\u0131 arad\u0131k. Program sadece bir \u0130K projesi de\u011fil. \u0130K taraf\u0131 program\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 temsil etmektedir. Bu kapsamda, 4 ana stratejik alan\u0131m\u0131z olan; \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan, M\u00fc\u015fteri, \u0130\u015f Hacmi ve Karl\u0131l\u0131k konular\u0131 ile ilgili program\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Program\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi nedir?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Program 2 temel mod\u00fcl ve bu mod\u00fcllerin bile\u015fenlerinden olu\u015fuyor.<br \/>\nProgram\u0131n temel amac\u0131 do\u011frultusunda, i\u00e7erik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, vdf s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi analiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Nisan-Haziran 2009 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.Mod\u00fcl I kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen analiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131m toplant\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Strateji ve hedefler ile y\u00f6netim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00f6zellikle \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda\u00a0 g\u00fcndemde bir konu. Fakat bu noktada ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 belirleyen en \u00f6nemli kriter, bu konuyu nas\u0131l \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z ile y\u00f6nde\u015flik duygusu ve somut sonu\u00e7lar ile y\u00f6netti\u011finizdir.\u00a0\u00a0 Program bir dan\u0131\u015fman ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Yap\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc, yabanc\u0131 dil bilgisi,y\u00f6netim seviyesi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere belirli pozisyonlarda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir kriter. \u0130\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde vdf \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yap\u0131lan her adaya m\u00fclakat\u0131n sonucunu bildirmek esast\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130K projelerinizden bahseder misiniz?<\/strong><br \/>\nD\u00fcnyada 37 \u00fclkede faaliyet g\u00f6steren VW FS AG&#8217;nin \u00f6nc\u00fc \u0130K uygulamalar\u0131 ve projeleri bulunuyor. Biz vdf Grup olarak da 2005 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri \u00e7e\u015fitli \u0130K projelerinde yer almaktay\u0131z. \u00d6rnek olarak; GMP (General Management Program); k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem gelecekte genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr olacak adaylar\u0131n t\u00fcm grubun i\u015f kollar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi olacaklar\u0131 bir geli\u015fim program\u0131n konsept, i\u00e7erik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ve uluslararas\u0131 adaylar\u0131n se\u00e7im s\u00fcrecinde aktif olarak vdf\u2019den g\u00f6rev ald\u0131k. Almanca dil e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in de 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda benzer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201cDe\u011ferler At\u00f6lyesi\u201d isimli de\u011fer temelli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 benimseyen bir proje ile vard\u0131k. Program boyunca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n uzmanl\u0131k alanlar\u0131 (finans, hukuk, sat\u0131\u015f gibi) d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7apraz disiplinlerde becerilerini geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131k. Biz, \u201cya\u015fayarak \u00f6\u011frenme\u201d ve \u201cyaparak \u00f6\u011frenme\u201d sistemlerinin farkl\u0131 metotlar kullan\u0131larak e\u011flenceli bir \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecini destekledi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.
