Kavram olarak ise bir veya birden fazla ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan sistematik bir \u015fekilde bir ba\u015fkas\u0131na y\u00f6neltilen d\u00fc\u015fmanca ve etik d\u0131\u015f\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Bu tan\u0131m ayn\u0131 zamanda <\/span><b>mobbing nedir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sorusunun da yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mobbing tan\u0131m\u0131<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e7e\u015fitli hukuk sistemlerinde farkl\u0131 \u015fekilde yorumlanabilir. K\u0131ta Avrupas\u0131 hukuk sistemlerinde ise e\u015fitlik ihlalinden ziyade &#8220;insan onurunun ihlali&#8221; olarak yorumlan\u0131r. Hukuk sistemi i\u015fveren ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan veya t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda e\u015fitli\u011fi y\u00fcceltir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli nokta ise bu durumu zorbal\u0131ktan ay\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Zorbal\u0131k daha \u00e7ok fiziksel sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 tan\u0131mlar. <\/span><b>Mobbing \u00f6zellikleri <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ise daha \u00e7ok ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan tekrar tekrar uygulanan psikolojik bask\u0131 ile ilgilidir. T\u00fcrk sisteminde ise \u2018psikolojik taciz\u2019 ya da \u2018ahlaki ve duygusal taciz\u2019 olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bir durumun veya davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi, <\/span><b>mobbing \u015fartlar\u0131na<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015febilir. Bu eylemin ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fi bir anda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 de\u011fil, uzun s\u00fcreli ve sistematik bir eylemin sonucu olmas\u0131d\u0131r.
