Peki, hangi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodu ne anlama geliyor?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ve i\u015fveren aras\u0131nda olu\u015fan anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015ften kendi r\u0131zas\u0131yla ayr\u0131lmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lansa da bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015f akdinin feshedilmesiyle sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r. \u0130\u015fveren i\u015f akdi fesih edilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma nedeniyle birlikte Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu\u2019na bildirmek zorundad\u0131r. Bu bildirimi yaparken \u00f6nceden belirlenmi\u015f baz\u0131 kodlar\u0131 kullan\u0131r. SGK i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131 toplamda 50\u2019ye kadar gitse de baz\u0131 kodlar i\u015fveren ve i\u015f\u00e7i taraf\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fmaya yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sadece 47 kod y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fcktedir. 6,7 ve 29 kodlar\u0131 iptal edilmi\u015f yerine 41\u2019den sonraki <strong>yeni SGK \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131<\/strong> eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>SGK i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131 nelerdir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130\u015fveren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131 i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rken <strong>SGK i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131<\/strong> aras\u0131ndan birini se\u00e7mek zorundad\u0131r. Toplamda 50 tane i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodu vard\u0131r. Bu kodlar aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n sonraki i\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131 zora sokabilecek y\u00fcz k\u0131zart\u0131c\u0131 bir fiil nedeniyle i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma olabilece\u011fi gibi emeklilik, i\u015f yerinin kapanmas\u0131, toplu i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma gibi nedenler de olabilir. Baz\u0131 i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar sonucunda k\u0131dem tazminat hakk\u0131 olu\u015fmazken baz\u0131lar\u0131nda ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan tazminat hakk\u0131 ile birlikte i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fi hakk\u0131na da sahiptir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; <strong>1 kodu ile i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma<\/strong> durumunda tazminat ve i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fi hakk\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaz. Nedeni ise bu kodun deneme s\u00fcresinin sonlanmas\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015finin i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan feshi anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>SGK i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131<\/strong> geni\u015f ve herhangi bir tart\u0131\u015fmaya sebebiyet vermeyecek netlikteki a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f ya da \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131\u015f nedenini net olarak a\u00e7\u0131klar.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>SGK i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>SGK i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131 g\u00fcncel<\/strong> listesi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.Deneme s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin i\u015fverence feshi<\/li>\n<li>2.
