Herhangi bir sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunu nedeniyle 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck rapor ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda baz\u0131 i\u015fverenler ilk 2 g\u00fcn\u00fc tam olarak \u00f6der. 3. g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6demesini ise SGK yapar. Maddesine g\u00f6re ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6demesi; meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, i\u015f kazas\u0131, annelik gibi nedenlerle i\u015f g\u00f6remez duruma gelerek rapor alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara yap\u0131l\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan \u00f6deme tutar\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7inin g\u00fcnl\u00fck alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 olarak de\u011fil bir k\u0131sm\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>1 g\u00fcnl\u00fck rapor maa\u015ftan kesilir mi?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015f kanunlar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n herhangi bir sa\u011fl\u0131k sebebiyle ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 1 g\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011fl\u0131k raporunun maa\u015ftan kesilip kesilmemesi i\u015fveren ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fveren 1 g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik raporunu beyan eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccretini tam olarak \u00f6deyebilir ya da maa\u015f\u0131ndan kesebilir. Kurum yasal olarak belirlenen tutar\u0131 2 g\u00fcnden sonraki rapor s\u00fcresi kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana \u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/span><b> 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck rapor maa\u015ftan kesilir mi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sorusu da 2 g\u00fcn kesilebilir, ancak 3. g\u00fcn SGK taraf\u0131ndan duruma g\u00f6re belirli oranda \u00f6denir olarak cevaplanabilir.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ka\u00e7 g\u00fcnl\u00fck rapor maa\u015ftan kesilmez?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015f g\u00f6remezlik raporu alabilmen i\u00e7in rapor s\u00fcrenin 2 g\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7memesi gerekir. Aksi durumda, i\u015fverenle farkl\u0131 bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmen yoksa, ilk 2 g\u00fcn ve 2 g\u00fcnden sonraki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fcnler maa\u015f\u0131ndan kesilir. Ayakta tedavide bu oran g\u00fcnl\u00fck br\u00fct \u00fccretin 3\u2019te 2\u2019si kadard\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>SGK ka\u00e7 g\u00fcnl\u00fck raporu \u00f6der<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sorusu da kritik sorulardan biridir. SGK hastal\u0131k durumun, sigorta s\u00fcren, prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn\u00fcn gibi kriterleri baz alarak hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u00fcresince olu\u015fan haklar\u0131n\u0131 sigorta kanunu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00f6der.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fcnlerin maa\u015f\u0131ndan kesilmemesi i\u00e7in raporu nas\u0131l temin edersin?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda farkl\u0131 sebeplerden dolay\u0131 ge\u00e7ici olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ara vermen gerekebilir. Hastal\u0131k bu sebeplerden biridir.
