D\u00fczenlemede, sistemin <strong>zorunlu olaca\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara <strong>cayma hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmayaca\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ifade ediliyor.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"387\">Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 emeklilik sistemi (TES) nedir?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"749\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir s\u00fcredir g\u00fcndemde olan <strong data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"465\">Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 Emeklilik Sistemi (TES)<\/strong>, mevcut sosyal g\u00fcvenlik ve bireysel emeklilik uygulamalar\u0131na ek olarak tasarlanan bir model olarak sunuluyor. Sistem, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n maa\u015flar\u0131ndan belirli bir oranda kesinti yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve bu tutar\u0131n uzun vadede birikerek emeklilik d\u00f6neminde ek gelir \u015feklinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor. Sistem, <strong data-start=\"98\" data-end=\"126\">SGK\u2019dan tamamen ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak \u015fekilde tasarlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ne anlama geliyor?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n TES\u2019te biriken tutarlara eri\u015febilmesi i\u00e7in <strong data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"257\">en az 10 y\u0131l sistemde kalmalar\u0131<\/strong> gerekecek. Bu tutar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ad\u0131na TES hesab\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131lacak ve emeklilik d\u00f6neminde toplu para ya da maa\u015f olarak geri \u00f6denecek. Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 Emeklilik Sistemi (TES) kapsam\u0131nda i\u015fverenlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na yapaca\u011f\u0131 e\u015fit katk\u0131, ek mali bir y\u00fck olu\u015fturacak gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. BES\u2019te otomatik kat\u0131l\u0131m uygulan\u0131yor olsa da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar sisteme dahil olduktan sonra belirli bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde cayma hakk\u0131na sahip olabiliyor ve katk\u0131 oranlar\u0131n\u0131 kendi tercihlerine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirebiliyorlar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"877\">TES\u2019te ise durum farkl\u0131! \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlardan <strong data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"565\">zorunlu olarak %3 oran\u0131nda kesinti<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve bu kesinti do\u011frudan TES fonuna aktar\u0131l\u0131yor.
