Bu rehberde 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde fazla mesai hesaplama y\u00f6ntemleri, yasal s\u0131n\u0131rlar ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan haklar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyebilirsin.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Fazla Mesai Nedir?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;na g\u00f6re haftal\u0131k 45 saati a\u015fan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma (mesai) olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6denecek \u00fccret, normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saat \u00fccretinin %50 art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla belirlenir. \u0130\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi 45 saatin alt\u0131nda belirlenmi\u015fse, bu s\u00fcreyi a\u015fan ve 45 saate kadar olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ise %25 art\u0131r\u0131ml\u0131 \u00fccret \u00fczerinden hesaplan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Fazla Mesai \u00dccreti 2026 Y\u0131l\u0131nda Nas\u0131l Hesaplan\u0131r?<\/h2>\n<div>Fazla mesai hesaplamalar\u0131nda saatlik birim \u00fccret, \u0130\u015f Kanunu\u2019nun haftal\u0131k 45 saatlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi esas al\u0131narak SGK uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan 225 saatlik (30 g\u00fcn \u00d7 7,5 saat) ayl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi \u00fczerinden belirlenmektedir. Buna g\u00f6re:<\/div>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>1. Saatlik \u00dccretin Belirlenmesi<\/strong> Ayl\u0131k toplam br\u00fct maa\u015f 225&#8217;e b\u00f6l\u00fcnerek bir saatlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccreti elde edilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>2. Mesai Katsay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n Eklenmesi<\/strong> Haftal\u0131k 45 saati a\u015fan her bir saat i\u00e7in bulunan saatlik \u00fccret 1,5 katsay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7arp\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>3. Net Tutar\u0131n Hesaplanmas\u0131<\/strong> Elde edilen br\u00fct fazla mesai tutar\u0131 \u00fczerinden ilgili d\u00f6neme ait gelir vergisi ve damga vergisi kesintileri yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra net tutara ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>\u00d6rnek Hesaplama:<\/strong> Ayl\u0131k 54.000 TL br\u00fct maa\u015f\u0131 olan bir personelin saatlik \u00fccreti 240 TL&#8217;dir (54.000 \u00f7 225). Bu personelin hafta i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi 1 saatlik fazla mesainin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 360 TL (240 \u00d7 1,5) olarak bordroya yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Fazla S\u00fcrelerle \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ile Fazla Mesai Aras\u0131ndaki Fark Nedir?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Pek \u00e7ok i\u015fletmede haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi 40 saat olarak uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Bu g\u00fcnlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan her g\u00fcn i\u00e7in ayr\u0131ca bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck tam \u00fccret eklenir (toplamda 2 yevmiye).<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Hafta Tatili Mesaisi:<\/strong> Haftal\u0131k kesintisiz 24 saatlik dinlenme s\u00fcresinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan personele bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 %150 art\u0131r\u0131ml\u0131 (toplam 2,5 yevmiye) olarak \u00f6denmektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Y\u0131ll\u0131k Fazla Mesai S\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 ve Serbest Zaman Hakk\u0131 Nedir?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">\u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;na g\u00f6re bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n y\u0131l i\u00e7inde yapabilece\u011fi fazla mesai toplamda 270 saat ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
