S\u00fcrekli devinen ve de\u011fi\u015fen yeni teknolojilere bir yandan ayak uydurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, di\u011fer yandan insana verilen de\u011feri vurgulamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve teknolojinin beraberinde getirdi\u011fi so\u011fuklu\u011fu m\u00fc\u015fteri ili\u015fkilerinden uzak tutma \u00e7abalar\u0131yla yepyeni kavramlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Internet \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm i\u015flemlerde oldu\u011fu gibi, insan kaynaklar\u0131nda da teknolojik so\u011fukluk firmalar\u0131n insani kimliklerini tehlikeye atarken, m\u00fc\u015fteri sadakati sa\u011flama gibi konulara sekte vurmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Firmalar bir yandan internet \u00fczerinden i\u015flerini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcrken; di\u011fer yandan M\u00fc\u015fteri \u0130li\u015fkileri Y\u00f6netimi gibi kavramlar alt\u0131nda bireysel ili\u015fkilere \u00f6nem vermeye, m\u00fc\u015fteriyle aralar\u0131nda giren metal so\u011fuklu\u011fu, ba\u015fka yollardan kapatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>\u00d6zellikle insan kaynaklar\u0131 gibi birebir insan ile u\u011fra\u015fan bir sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli olan bu konu, insan kaynaklar\u0131 sitelerinin kendilerini i\u00e7erikleriyle farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6n\u00fcne gitmelerine yol a\u00e7t\u0131.
