Erkek ve kad\u0131n n\u00fcfusunun bu kadar yak\u0131n olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ortalama olarak erkeklerin 3\/4&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fcn aktif olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda oldu\u011fu \u00fclkemizde bu oran kad\u0131nlarda 1\/4&#8217;e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Her ne kadar bir bilim yasas\u0131 niteli\u011finde olmasa da, bu olgunun kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n performans\u0131n\u0131 etkileme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek. \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;nda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen do\u011fum \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131ndaki \u00fccretli ve \u00fccretsiz izin haklar\u0131, do\u011fum zamanlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da aile g\u00f6revleri devam eden kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in ku\u015fkusuz yetersiz kal\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan annelerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakabilecekleri kre\u015flerin de hangi \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda i\u015fyerlerinde a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;nda belirtilmemi\u015f durumda. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla s\u00f6z konusu sorunlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan i\u015fverenin veya insan kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6neticisinin \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 ve di\u011fer aile y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri alt\u0131ndaki kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na dost\u00e7a birtak\u0131m \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerinde bulunmalar\u0131 olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. D\u00fcnyada bu t\u00fcr sorunlara getirilen \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler aras\u0131nda i\u015f payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, yar\u0131 zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcreleri say\u0131labiliyor.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 5pt 0cm; line-height: normal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #343434\">\u00dccret ve y\u00fckselme<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><br \/>Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir kad\u0131n\u0131n, daha \u00fcst bir pozisyona yerle\u015ftirilebilmesinin, kendisiyle ayn\u0131 seviyedeki bir erkekten daha y\u00fcksek performans g\u00f6stermesine ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren olaylarla ne yaz\u0131k ki kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ancak gerek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclen ve her \u015feyin h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131k sadece erkek cinsinin kald\u0131ramayacak olu\u015fu, gerek kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da bu tabloya kar\u015f\u0131 memnuniyetsizliklerini dile getiriyor olmas\u0131, stat\u00fckoyu bozaca\u011fa benziyor. Kald\u0131 ki yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde kad\u0131nlara bu hakk\u0131 tan\u0131yan ilk \u00fclkelerden biri olarak di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkeden bu konuda \u00f6nde olmam\u0131z gerekiyor.
