D\u00f6rt y\u0131l Ankara\u2019da savunma sanayi a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015firkette proje m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra bir gazete ekinde \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumun hayali olan otelcilikle ilgili bir ilan g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. Kazakistan\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131lacak Astana Intercontinental Otel i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenlik m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc aran\u0131yordu. Oraya \u00f6zenle haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015fimi g\u00f6nderdim ve iki ay sonra i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131m. \u00dc\u00e7 ay g\u00fcvenlik m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra ayn\u0131 otelde hem \u0130K m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc hem de g\u00fcvenlik m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak g\u00f6rev ald\u0131m. \u00c7\u0131ra\u011fan Saray\u0131\u2019ndan gelen teklifle 2002\u2019de G\u00fcvenlik M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131m. \u00dc\u00e7 y\u0131l sonra ise burada Risk Y\u00f6netim Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc oldum. 2007\u2019nin Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda verilen yeni g\u00f6revle Risk Y\u00f6netim Direkt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn yan\u0131na \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Direkt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de eklendi. O zamandan beri hem risk y\u00f6netimine hem \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131na bir arada bak\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kendinize g\u00f6re tan\u0131mlar m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? \u0130K, \u015firketiniz i\u00e7inde nas\u0131l bir yere ve \u00f6neme sahip?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7 temel prensibimiz var; birincisi sevgi, ikincisi e\u015fitlik, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc ise a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yerdeki insanlar\u0131 sevmek, onlara e\u015fit, adil ve a\u00e7\u0131k davranmak. Bizim personel say\u0131m\u0131z, yaz aylar\u0131nda mevsimlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ve stajyerlerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla 950\u2019ye kadar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu otelde 23 senedir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan insanlar var ve bundan mutluluk duyuyoruz. O insan\u0131n 23 sene burada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni hem buran\u0131n ona, hem de onun buraya iyi bakmas\u0131. Burada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan herkesin bu otelin \u00c7\u0131ra\u011fan ismini almas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck eme\u011fi var. Otelimizde misafirimizin &#8220;benim buyum \u00e7al\u0131nd\u0131&#8221; dedi\u011fi bir \u015fey yok. Bu bizim normumuz, sak\u0131n ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir \u015feymi\u015f gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyin. Ayr\u0131ca ge\u00e7en sene \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 5 y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 otellere yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 denetimden para cezas\u0131 almayan tek oteliz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mesle\u011finizin en sevdi\u011finiz yan\u0131 nedir? Unutamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir an\u0131n\u0131z var m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mesle\u011fimin en sevdi\u011fim yan\u0131, buraya gelen misafiri mutlu g\u00f6nderebilmek. Burada yap\u0131lan d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerin sonunda 50 &#8211; 100 misafir kendi arabas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nce gelmesini istiyor. Fiziki olarak bu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil fakat benim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan iste\u011fim, \u201cmisafiri orada \u00f6yle bekletin ki bekledi\u011fini anlamas\u0131n\u201d oluyor. Ay\u0131n eleman\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7iyoruz, Saray Teras\u2019ta iftar yeme\u011fi veriyoruz ve birka\u00e7 senedir de tekne turlar\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. \u00dc\u00e7 ayda bir ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz renkli, dinamik infotainment toplant\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z var.
